1. Take sheets/ pillow cases off bed and place on floor.
2. Place all towels in shower/tub.
3. Wash all dishes and or place in dishwasher and start it
4. Make sure counters or messes are cleaned up
5. Take all trash out to garbage cans
6. Put used beach towels in laundry room
7. Place pool floaties back in sunroom before leaving
8. Place the keys back in the lockbox
9. Turn off all outside and inside lights.
10. Do NOT lock circular doorknob on front door when you leave. Lock the Smartlock Only!

Why they chose this property
This quiet neighborhood is where we have our dream home. This home was built for a large family is set up for entertaining guests. Conveniently located in SE Indiana, 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, 25 minutes to the creation museum, and 45 minutes to the Ark Encounter.
What makes this property unique
This is one of the largest homes you'll find on any hosting website with 6400 square feet of living space. All the bedrooms are spacious and there are two living rooms, one on the main floor and one in the finished basement.
