4-minute walk to beach, Cute Cape Cod in Beach Block Full Refunds/cancellations

FULL REFUNDS are given in case of cancellations as long as the property can be rented at the same rate for the same period of time. Full refund of "linens fee" is given if the sheets and towels are laundered, folded and returned to the closet as they were found.

A summer week at the shore for a rental rate less than $3000? Yes!

A short 4-minute walk to the beach (VRBO stats are wrong), great for kids, safe to run back and forth.

Close proximity to Brant Beach Yacht Club for those participating in regattas or attending weddings. Also close to St. Francis.

Light and airy inside, lots of windows, air conditioning.

The beach is right up at the end of the block from this lovely old- fashioned shore house. Single family cottage; first floor rental only. Two bedrooms: one with a luxurious queen, the other with two twins (extra long), and a pull out tempurpedic sofa in the living room (queen). Four-person maximum occupancy. Second floor stairway door is closed off at the top, and the 2nd floor is not rented and usually is unoccupied. Owners are there occasionally, and use the outside stairway only.

Linens: Sheets and bath towels are provided.

Pet-free and smoke-free.

Located near ice cream, restaurants, indoor pool (for those rainy days, pay-as-you-go), but very quiet street.

Can’t recommend this house enough. Great location very close to the beach (and if you know LBI, it’s a short walk to get on the beach too!) Very clean and comfortable and the owners are amazingly communicative and go above and beyond to make you and your family feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

The house location was very good. One block to the beach, one street over from swimming with lifeguards. The condition of the house was okay. As described but the furniture was in fair condition: TV table, chairs, dresser broken; no access to Netflix, only cable…if you knew which remote to use; instruction manual assumed you knew what and where things were, and the queen bed was soft as a marshmallow. But nice owner, fairly clean, and paper goods supplied.

Cottage by the Beach

It was in a great location near the beach, and the host was very accommodating and accessible to answer any questions. The cottage was comfortable and just what we needed. Everything was as described. We hope to return when we need a beach fix on LBI. Thank you again, Ted, for your hospitality.

Great location

Recently stayed here for our wedding at Brant Beach Yacht club. PERFECT LOCATION!It’s about a 10 min walk to the yacht club give or take. About a block or so away from the beach. The owner, Ted, was very responsive and friendly. He even left us a card congratulating us on the wedding which was very thoughtful. We only had use of the downstairs, but it is much larger than it looks in pictures. We had plenty of room for my groomsmen to hang out the day of the wedding while waiting for our shuttle. Backyard has plenty of room for cornhole or any other yard games. Would definitely rent again!

Home Away From Home!

This is our second time visiting this wonderful home. We stumbled on it last year and what a find! We love coming to LBI and will never look elsewhere. Ted is wonderful and everything went so smoothly. The cape cod is clean, has everything you need and is the perfect spot right in between the ocean and the bay. We can’t wait to return next year! Spring Break Getaway

This location was everything promised and more!! The location is PERFECT! The owner was very accommodating and the check-in / out process was easy. The quaint and cozy home has everything you need for a beach vacation. Short walk to beach, bay, & Catholic Church. Shops & restaurants are close, too.

Home Sweet Home!

What a gem! Cozy home with the perfect location! Everything you need is here. Bed was super comfy. Bob loved grilling on the vintage Weber! We visit LBI every year and we will definitely be staying here again! Ted was awesome with communication. A++++++ Karen and Bob

Great location!

This was my second stay at this sweet traditional cottage less than a block away from the beach. It's close enough to walk to some restaurants and a short car ride away from many others. Owners are very welcoming and checked in to be sure I was settled and didn't need anything. Also appreciated that they have linens for those who may need them. Plus all you'll need for a day on the beach or your evening barbecue. I would return again.

My Stay

Ted was eager to help me with anything I asked him about. The location was awesome. I got to spend time with my mom that was just 25 minutes away. Staying at the house was better than staying at a hotel. I had my wife and son with me and we were all under 1 roof. Ted, the owner was over the top with keeping us in the know about the house and area. He did a lot of communicating while on his vacation with his wife and friends.

Great location on LBI

My granddaughter and I loved our stay in Brant Beach. The cottage is located on a narrow strip of the island. It is only a few homes from the ocean, and LBI has the most beautiful beaches! Directly across the boulevard is St Francis church on the bay, and we enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets. The cottage made me smile from the time I walked in until the time I left. It is owned by a very nice family who has history on the island, and It brought back many happy memories of time spent with my own family and friends on LBI. Thank you Ted & Irene. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our stay was wonderful!! Ted and Irene are the perfect host! We loved that we were so close to the beach, the bay, and LBI's bike trail!! It was comfortable and relaxing. We were looking for a place that would remind us of all our fond memories of LBI. This house exceeded our expectations!

Charming beach cottage houses drom the beach!

This was one of the nicest experiences I have had with an owner! Ted could not have been more accomodating and checked in several times to make sure there was nothing we needed. The space was so comfortable, cozy and spacious. The beds were super comfortable too! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is our second stay at Ted & Irene's property in Brant Beach, and our second time around was another winner! I can't say enough about the perfect location of the cottage which is within walking distance of the ocean. The house itself is charming and is the quintessential beach cottage; it's very homey and comfortable, and stocked with many of the essentials. Several restaurants, a supermarket, and terrific shops are all close by. The short distance to the Causeway is an added plus in case you should need to leave the island. Most importantly, the owners are readily available 24/7 and keep in close touch to make sure that everything is going well. Thank you again, Ted and Irene, for another wonderful stay; we can't wait to come back!

Off season bliss!!

So fun going to LBI off season. Went fishing ..:sunrise on the beach and sunset on the bay…zero people! So good! Had the Beach to ourselves and got great photos! Will be back!

BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE!

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in the Brant Beach cottage. The house was spotless and well-stocked with essentials, had some very interesting books, and even board games which we took full advantage of! The location can't be beat, the house is just a few homes down from the ocean, so no need to cross the busy boulevard to get to the beach. Even though the weather was chilly, we took walks on the beach every day and saw some gorgeous LBI sunrises! The communication with the owner Ted was fantastic; he checked in with us over the course of our stay to make sure everything was okay and made himself available for any questions we had the entire time. He's everything that a VRBO property owner should be! The home is charming and warm, and truly felt like a home-away-from-home. Thanks for such a wonderful 5-night getaway, and we'll definitely be back next year!

Perfect Beach Cottage

Our stay was amazing! Perfect location for the wedding we were in town for. The walk to the beach was really short and there was a big ramp with access. Ted was really nice and full of information for the location.

Quaint lovely cottage a quick walk from the beach, with an open, light feel and layout inside; lots of windows. We love the quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors, most of whom are year-round residents. If we want ice cream, bagels, restaurants, they're all nearby also. The St. Francis community so close by has been great for kids on rainy days, when we can pay by the day and use the indoor pool and gym. The outdoor pool is also great.
