Casita Sol Delight

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place had been completely redone after the hurricane and we were the first to stay there. It was wonderful! It had everything we could possibly need. Great location to beach, restaurants and shopping

Highly Recommend

We loved this cozy beach cottage and the amenities it provided (e.g., cooler, wagon, boards). The location is great not only for beach access and some great local establishments, but also easy access to venture into Sarasota. To top it off, the management staff were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip.

Excellent property in a prime location

We spent a week at Casita Mar. We have visited siesta key many times and I felt this property was the best location. The property was clean upon arrival and calming music was playing. The management company was very responsive.

Amazing Soring Break Getaway with the fam

We had such a great time here. It was a perfect little space for us especially with the kids and their own room. Enough space to store food to eat in, relax after a long day out, a hottub to relax in before bed. We enjoyed every minute. We will likely be back. Also had some pretty great neighbors.

Very nice place and so close to the beach! Having beach service was also a plus! Everything you needed was there. Close to everything! We did not even have to rent a car. Dean from the Cottage team was Awesome! We will be back!

Lovely home

Wonderful location and so many amenities. We walked into this sweet home to be greeted with fresh cupcakes. On day two the property manager delivered a bottle of wine! We walked to the beach every day and rode bikes (provided) every evening. We were centrally located and really enjoyed this home!

Siesta Key Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental property. The house was clean, beds were comfortable. It is conveniently located close to everything. It's located 3-5 min walking distance from the beach, short walk to the restaurants, pharmacy and 7 eleven. There's a nice cafe on the shopping plaza directly across the street that serves good breakfast and brunch food. The house is good for a family of 3 to 4 people. There's only one bathroom, and it is rather small. Adding a towel rack or hanging a door hook to hang wet towels would be nice. I will recommend this house to my family and friends.

Great cottage just a described! Especially loved the welcome cupcakes, cleanliness of the cottage, location and access to amenities like the pool, beach and chairs and hot tub!- wonderful stay!

Just perfect

Property was perfect. Super clean. Steps to private entrance of beach. 1 block to strip mall/shops. Bed COMFY. Amenities provided. Cupcakes were a delightful added touch. Hot tub great. Only hiccup, our flight arrived in the morning...check in not til 4pm. It was recommended that we can leave luggage in the office, but we're not informed the office was another 20 minute (office said 5 mins, but traffic is horrendous getting to that side) uber ride away in the village (just to FYI those that may need to do the same thing). But, despite that it was a PERFECT trip and cannot wait to come back!!!

Best check in and check out

All communication was super clear and done well in advance. Check in was a breeze. I got the code to the door and we were in. No need to stop someplace and pick up a key. Loved that we did not have to take a key back and forth to the beach and pool as well. It was clean, had everything we needed and we would love to stay again. Five stars

A Wonderful Week for the start of 2020!

This is a wonderful property located closely to the pool and gorgeous beach. This section of beach is private and less populated than other parts. Having chairs and umbrellas waiting for us was a plus! The cottage was very neat and clean, with a great kitchen and grill. The beds were fantastic—and we are picky about our beds! This unit had everything we needed, and we appreciated having handsoap/washing machine liquid, and some toiletries provided. Entering the cottage and being greeted with cupcakes was wonderful as well. When we had one little issue—new propane to connect—the management company responded within an hour and it was taken care of. This is reassuring, as we knew we’d be taken care of if anything major happened (which it didn’t:) Lastly, it was nice just to walk up the block to a convenience store and down two blocks for a larger grocery store! We will definitely be coming back soon to Siesta Key!!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at the Casita Mar! It is beautifully decorated with so many amenities. It feels just like home! It is close to the beach and is even walking distance to a few restaurants! The welcome cupcakes were such an inviting and delicious touch!

So relaxing.

Fresh and clean. Upon arrival was greeted by personalized cupcakes, soothing décor. We loved the on site spa, the pool was just a few steps away and most of all the beach was so close. Our beach attendant was the best, best beach we have visited. Thank you, Matthew Purdey with the Cottages for helping me book this wonderful property. Very quiet and friendly location, hope to return. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Wonderful trip with a mild set back

Not sure what this home was like in person because my reservation was lost. Due to a change in our travel plans I called to see if I could add an additional night to our stay. At this time I was told that this home which I paid for in full was rented to someone else. Thank God I called or else I would of been trying to walk into a home that was occupied by another family. I have to say that the staff at the Cottages are absolutely amazing and fixed the situation within an hour. I was very happy with my new accommodations. The home we did stay in was beautiful and we had a great vacation. The only advice would be to call and check on your reservation if booking though Home Away to make sure everything is as it should be.
