The place was an ideal location - was spacious and clean. The problem was communication which was terrible. When we arrived, there were no written instructions to connect to the wi-fi. We tried several ways but nothing worked. Finally an option called "Broadband" appeared on our phones which didn't require a password - it was a very weak signal and kept disconnecting from wi-fi. I called and was able to reach the Porter customer service line and they said that an option called Porter should appear as a wi-fi option - it did not appear on any of our phones, so they gave me an alternate way of signing into wi-fi which did work. The next day, when watching the tv, we were trying to access the Roku password which allows the guest to access their own apps such as Spectrum, Xfinity, etc. There were no written instructions at all to operate the tv let alone giving any passwords. I called customer service in the morning and the call went straight to voicemail and I left a message for them to call me back. I called again that afternoon and it went straight to voicemail. Never got a call back that day. The next morning, I called customer service again and luckily someone did answer - I asked why no one returned my calls from the previous day and was told they didn't see any messages from me - what???? How can that be? They had to contact the owner to get the Roku password and call me back with the information. Needless to say, this was very frustrating to deal with.
