Designed to sleep up to 11 guests, it’s the perfect launchpad for your Orlando adventures, located just minutes from Walt Disney World.

**The Space**

Step into a stylish, modern home designed for family fun and relaxation. The open-plan main floor features a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. A TV is included in every bedroom for personal downtime.

This spacious home is thoughtfully laid out across two floors:

* **First Floor:**
* Bedroom 1: A serene Queen bed with a full bathroom located just next to it.
* A half bathroom is also conveniently accessible from the pool area.

* **Second Floor:**
* Loft: The fun continues upstairs in the loft, featuring a sofa, arcade machine, and games for endless entertainment.
* Bedroom 2 (Master Suite): A luxurious King bed with a private ensuite bathroom and shower.
* Bedroom 3: A comfortable Queen bed with its own ensuite bathroom and shower.
* Bedroom 4: A magical Minnie & Mickey themed room with two Twin beds.
* Bedroom 5: Jump into adventure in the Super Mario themed room with a Full + Twin bunk bed. A full bathroom is located next to bedrooms 4 & 5.
* Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Step outside to your own screened-in patio, where you can take a dip in the private pool and spa or relax on the sun loungers.

**Guest Access**

As our guest, you will have full access to the entire home and its private amenities. You will also enjoy complimentary access to the world-class amenities at the Windsor Island Resort, including:

* Lazy river and waterslides
* Children’s water park
* Spa/hot tub
* Fitness center and arcade
* Mini-golf, cornhole, sand volleyball, and basketball courts

**Getting Around**

This home is the ideal base for exploring Orlando's top attractions. A car is recommended for getting around.

* Walt Disney World: 10 miles
* SeaWorld: 23 minutes
* Universal Studios: 32 minutes
* Orlando International Airport (MCO): 29.2 miles

On-site parking is available, with a maximum limit of 4-5 vehicles per property.

**House Rules**

* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 10:00 AM
* At least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years of age or older.

**Important Information**

* **Amenities Provided:** We provide free WiFi, central AC and heating, an iron and ironing board, hairdryers, and all necessary linens and towels.
* **For Families:** A Pack and Play and a high chair are available upon request.
* **Pool Heat:** This service can be added for an additional fee of $30 USD + tax per night for the entire stay. Please request this at least 2 days prior to your check-in date.
* **Barbecue/Grill:** A grill can be rented for $65 USD + tax for the entire stay. This includes one propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to offer concierge services, including Disney park tickets, grocery shopping, and more. Please inquire for details.
