Celebration villas

We come to Orlando every other year and this villa was perfect for our family, The location is great for the parks, very spacious and homely, floor at first did not feel clean as shoes not allowed in the villa, however Frode sent cleaners in and there was not issue after floor being cleaned. Hot tub fantastic. Great host. Would come back to this villa and would definitely tell friends

Property looked superb on the VRBO website but in reality it is so much better than we could dream of. Michel & Manon were great throughout the booking process being very flexible with our booking as we had to wait for our flight bookings to become available. The villa has everything you need and so much more so ask as it is likely it is there to save you packing it.Thank you for a superb stay at your property and all the very best for the future.If we come back we would definitely stay here again it’s so close to the parks and everything else you need.

A spacious, well equipped and comfortable house with a lovely pool and outdoor area. Could have spent a lot of time happily just using the pool and games room but as a bonus it is also very convenient for the theme parks, especially Disney World. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the evening watching the lovely sunsets. Good supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The Rock and Brew became a favourite.

We loved the house, it was themed throughout and the children immediately were entranced, which was perfect at the end of a long journey. We had a disabled member of the group, and the layout of the ground floor was very easy for her to move around, the theatre room being on the ground floor meant she could easily access this with the rest of her family. Jana Lynn had thought of everything we could have needed, and this was much appreciated. The situation of the villa, in a quiet cut de sac, was ideal- it was always peaceful, local people were friendly and although we were arriving just after hurricane Milton had stormed through, everything was being tidied up quickly and with no disruption. We enjoyed Halloween night within the neighbourhood, had lots of interaction with local residents and that was lovely. We ended up not going to the parks as much as we thought we would, the house gave us everything we needed. One of our children turned three years old while there, we had a lovely family day involving lots of dressing up, and she fell in love with a little mermaid costume which we can't find to buy anywhere, but we will keep looking ! Our last day was a bit frantic as we had our flight cancelled just as we were leaving the villa, so I hope that we managed to return everything to its proper place, in retrospect we should have taken lots of photos when we arrived so we could make sure everything was back where it belonged! Stayed at this property with wife and daughter whilst in the Kissimmee area and found it to be exactly what we wanted. It was extremely clean and spacious and could comfortably sleep 8 people. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended

Great Townhouse with four double rooms which suited our party perfectly. Great Comms with the owners and a lovely resort which was very quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking for similar accommodation.

My family and I have loved staying at this villa. Lots of room for us, great pool and the themed rooms went down a treat with my kids. Close to restaurants and shops on 27 and 192. Many nice extra touches such as the prams, car seats, cool box etc to use. Quiet neighbourhood and the pool was really private. About 20/25 minutes drive from Disney. I would definitely recommend staying here. However I wouldn’t recommend staying here in July as that is when I am most likely to return next year and don’t want the villa to be booked by someone else. Keith was very good to deal with and made sure everything was ok for us. See you again soon hopefully, Be Our Guest house. Missing you already.
