This condo has some unbeatable mountain views!! This property is 3.5 miles from traffic light #10 in Gatlinburg - the highest complex in the area. For this reason, we highly recommend AWD/4WD during the winter months. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen for all your meal preparation, and seating for 4 around the dining table. Soak in the communal hot tubs after a long day of exploration. Seasonal pool is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is also a sauna, and a game room featuring a foosball table, shuffleboard, and board games located in the community center. Enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace located in the living room operational from October - March. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. The washer and dryer facility is located on the 2nd floor in each building.

5 stars doesn’t do this place justice. The view from the room was stunning. It’s so close to downtown gatlinburg and the mountains roads were breathtaking. The host was so nice and made the trip feel special. I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience in any way.

Great view from the condo, located at the very top of a long winding road. Space was good for us, a couple with a 4 year old. For the price it was ok, a bit dated and a little beat up but it worked for us for the 2 nights we stayed.

Communication and check in was amazing. It was very comfortable and the view was great. The only problems that we ran into was some areas of the cabin were not very clean, and the kitchen did not have many cooking utensils. We did not mind the lack of kitchen utensils provided, however it would have been nice to have known ahead of time to bring some cookware. Overall it was a great stay and looking forward we hope to be back!

My biggest disappointment was I thought I was renting a separate cabin.... not a condo but everything was nice. We did find at night it got extremely hot.

Great location with great views

Had a pleasant stay. It would be a cherry on top if the hosts provided coffee as it is difficult to get down the mountain. Although, the hosts were upfront about all the things they were providing and not providing. Overall, it was fun!

Great value, beautiful views

The unit is a little bit older than expected, but you can't beat the value and location. Plenty of space for our family. Beautiful views! Property managers communicated frequently and responded promptly. Check in instructions were a breeze. Would stay here again.

Place and location are good. House is clean But we had issues with having flush working in one of the bathrooms. Host was able to arrange a maintenance person to fix it the next day which did work temporarily, we had issues again the next morning and all the guests ended up using other bathroom. This overall experience of us to handle the toilet was frustrating besides that the place is good.

The perfect view

We needed a place for just a night. The place was wonderful. A balcony attached to our room and we were able to watch the sun rise over the mountains! It was a wonderful sight. The place itself was clean, slightly worn.. I assume because of the amount of travelers looking to stay. The pool is open until 11pm which was perfect for us after coming back from dinner. My oldest daughter took the upstairs bedroom and the younger three shared the smaller bedroom. There were plenty of towels, kitchen had everything we needed except the coffee pot was just a regular and we only had K cups. This was no big deal as we probably just didn’t read it the description. Also, when putting in the address make sure to select Gatlinburg. Another address popped up and it ended up being a whole different property. We all laughed at our own mistake and we’re still grateful for the views while driving. Overall a nice little stay. It was perfect for what we needed!

The condo is in need of some TLC. It was much more worn than indicated in pictures. Paint is chipped and stripped, walls and doors are dented, and items were broken. The floors were filthy upon arrival and clearly hadn’t even been swept. There wasn't a broom or basic cleaning supplies for us to do anything. We asked the host for the cleaning crew to come back, and they proceeded to get a towel wet, stick it to a broom handle and wipe the floors. They didn’t use a proper mop, soap or floor cleaner. The spare towels were stored under the sink and pushed up against the toilet plunger which is incredibly unsanitary. I don’t want to use towels that have toilet germs on them to dry off. We asked for clean towels, but never received any. The toaster was broken as was part of the stove. The host did bring us a new toaster, and we were able to find the missing stove burner parts. The kitchen was minimally stocked with cooking supplies which made it difficult to efficiently cook for our group. Two small pans and two small pots were available. We couldn’t even cook a single box of hamburger helper in one pan because they were so small. We had to use a steak knife to try and cut fruit and bread because their wasn’t a knife set.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The condo was a bit in need of some TLC but it was clean. We will not be staying here again unfortunately due to a black bear chasing my daughter in the parking lot. This is in no way a reflection upon the hosts but the area not being monitored to protect its guests. Luckily she is safe.
