A secure link for an $800 security deposit will be requested upon reservation. This deposit will be released no later than 7 days after the end of your stay. 25 years of age is required to operate the reservation and a document must be duly completed. Valid identification is required.

Please note that a $100 pet fee is mandatory when bringing along your furry friends.

Please note that propane and BBQ snow removal are not covered during winter.

We understand that accidents can happen. To give you peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options to protect both your stay and the property:

Damage Waiver
For a small one-time fee, it covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear during your stay.
Coverage up to $85
Protects you from unexpected repair or replacement costs
Helps keep the property in excellent condition Stress-free stay
Non-refundable – Please report any damages before departure.

Security Deposit
You may also choose to pay a refundable $800 security deposit to cover potential damages.
If no damage is found after your stay, the hold will be released.
Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your card provider.

Small dogs are allowed (maximum 1) – Additional fees apply.
A hot tub is available.
Board games and a poker set are provided in the living room.
Enso pre-check-in form required with contact information and valid ID .
Additional $50 per guest fee applies from the 6th guest onward.
Mandatory $100 pet fee applies.

Trash Disposal Policy:
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, please dispose of your trash in the designated bins and return them after collection. Proper waste management is part of our house rules, and a $250 fee will apply for non-compliance.
If for any reason you cannot manage the bins, please contact us in advance so we can assist you. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping keep the chalet welcoming for everyone.

Bring your own firewood; there is none available on site! Remember to bring or purchase kindling and paper to start the fire.
