Beyond, the chef’s kitchen awaits, featuring quartz countertops, an oversized eat-in island, and a stocked coffee bar—no detail overlooked. The space opens to cathedral ceilings and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning views of Lake Erie. Cozy up by the statement concrete fireplace or enjoy meals in the dining area, highlighted by a warm wood accent wall. Hidden behind this wall lies a main-floor bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and lake views.

Tranquility and Privacy
Flooded with natural light, the stairwell leads you to three spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and smart TVs. The master suite offers balcony access and a spa-inspired bathroom complete with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a digital temperature faucet for ultimate relaxation. Remote-controlled blackout shades in each bedroom ensure a restful stay, day or night.

Entertainment and Comfort
The lower level basement houses two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a second entertainment area—perfect for multi-generational gatherings.

Situated near Erie Shores Golf Course, Point Pelee National Park, Caldwell the Leamington Marina, and Seacliff Park & Beach, this estate is a gateway to adventure. Explore local vineyards, hiking trails, and historical sites such as the John R. Park Homestead, the Canadian Transportation Heritage Village, and Fort Malden.

Board the ferry in Leamington and take a day trip to Pelee Island. Cruise the waters of Lake Erie, bike to Fish Point Nature Reserve, walk the sandy beach combing for treasures until you reach the most southern tip of Canada! Rent a golf cart and explore the north end of the island where you will find the ruins of Canada`s first commercial estate winery Vin Villa and the iconic Pelee Island Lighthouse. Directly across from the ferry terminal, don`t miss out on a game of mini-put and a cool sweet treat while waiting to board your second cruise of the day! Pelee Island is a gem to discover in the heart of Lake Erie.

Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.
House Rules: NO EVENTS OR PARTIES PERMITTED
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED!
Hot Tub: MUST place & secure the cover on the hot tub when not in use. No Glass in or around Hot Tub.

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.

Security Deposit - A $350 offline Security deposit hold will be required and a link will be sent to you.

The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate into your guest portal

Check In: after 4 pm
Check Out: 10 am to avoid the $75 late check out fee.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately in the ashtrays that are provided. Additional cleaning fees maybe charged in the event cigarette butts are found outside of the ashtrays.

Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors. Also we ask that feet get wiped off before entering the hot tub and the house.

Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.

Unannounced guests: We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm.Pre check in form must be submitted- All guests must be registered.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.

Please do not use tape, glue, glitter or confetti or create holes when when decorating on the property to avoid an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

NOISE- GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM

Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.

Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load dishwasher and start before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.

Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.

Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.

Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.

Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.

We just spent the weekend at this home and it absolutely blew us away. The house was gorgeous and hands-down the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in plenty. Truly immaculate from top to bottom.Our group included a mix of adults and kids, and the space handled everyone effortlessly. Every room having its own bathroom was a total game changer and made the whole stay so much smoother. You can tell the owners have thought of everything; every detail was covered, every need anticipated.The location was perfect close to everything we needed and the view of the lake was beautiful, especially in the morning. It really elevated the whole experience.It’s rare to find a place that checks every box, but this one does. I would stay here again and again without hesitation.
