Why they chose this property
The neighborhood around our Moder Farmhouse is great. It is a residential area very family oriented. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Target is in walking distance and there are several restaurants with in a 2 mile radius. There is also plenty of retail stores located at the Tulare Outlets.
