Modern, bright and centrally located studio flat in the publishing district right next to Darmstadt Universities of Applied Sciences. Extensive refurbishment of the flat completed in November 2024. Free parking space in the underground car park (suitable for cars with a maximum height of 1.48m and a maximum length of 4.9m). Fast internet/WiFi connection (50MBit/s.).

The studio flat is located on the 1st floor of a residential building. It consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette (Queen Size Bed 1.60x2.00m; bed linen available; with microwave; dishwasher; complete kitchen equipment available), a bathroom (drying rack, iron and ironing board; towels available) and a large east-facing balcony. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee).

You can reach the flat on the 1st floor via the staircase or the lift. The underground car park also offers access to the staircase or lift.
