Escape to our charming 3-bedroom lakefront home, nestled on the shores of seasonal Spring Lake in Ozark Acres, AR. This cozy retreat offers breathtaking views and a large backyard that slopes down to the water’s edge. Whether you’re looking to fish from our private dock, roast marshmallows by the firepit, or simply unwind in nature, this home is ideal for families and small groups looking to recharge.

NOTE: this region was under a Level D4 Exceptional Drought the entire Spring of 2026 and remains at Level D3 Extreme Drought conditions. It has been one of the driest years on record and that has caused the lake to dry up at times directly behind the house. If the water is low or dried up during your stay dates, we recommend visiting Spring River, which is just a few minutes away.

About the Space:

Bedrooms: Sleeps 6 comfortably with three spacious bedrooms, perfect for families and groups of friends.
Amenities: Fully equipped with modern conveniences, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, heating, air conditioning, and a smart TV for cozy movie nights in.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting family in Arkansass. Ozark Stays were very accomodating. They answered our questions right away and were so very helpful. The home is beautiful and has everything you could want on vacation! I would definitely recommend this vacation rental and the property managers as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Probably nicest rental ive ever stayed at. Host wast great. Nice neighbors. Olace was spotless and modern amenities. Made our stay for work much better.

Weekend getaway

We had a fantastic time. This place is so comfortable and welcoming. Close to town but had a country feel. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The home was well stocked with extras. We loved our stay here.

It is a beautiful place and everyone loved it! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your little piece of calm in the world. My son lost his dad last year and his side of the family came in for his graduation it was the perfect place for everyone to get together and talk about the memories. He would have loved it as well. We will definitely keep it in mind in the future for family get togethers.

loved the setting, cozy blankets, the view out back. Sadly the lake had been drained. House had everything we needed. We are from Jonesboro so the drive wasn't bad at all. Comfy patio furniture.

Booked the location over others closer to town due to the ability to fish out back with the family. Was notified the night before that due to a 100yr drought that the water was very low behind the house and we could access other fishing areas a few miles away. The water was very low behind the house but it was also low a few miles away. We also couldn't not use the playground or beach due to it being locked and private property. Due to minimal days visiting our plans were kind of shot so we traveled 30 miles away to a state park and viewed the damn and the town of mammoth springs. The house was cozy and clean. Area was secluded and neighbors waved when they passed. Owners did communicate quickly and hate to not give them higher rating.

Beautiful house and cozy. The only reason I gave 4 star and not 5 was the picture showed a lake “in the backyard” and it was approximately 800 yards, through weeds. Granted, we have been in a 15 month drought and maybe there should be a clause written with a disclaimer. IMOOther than this, we’d stay again
