Decent Stay for a Basic TripA solid 3.5 to 4-star location. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the space accommodated our family well. Cleanliness was decent, though a few spots needed extra attention. This is a very minimalist property with bare-bones essentials, so come prepared with your own supplies to feel comfortable. Perfect if you just need a basic home base, but don't expect the cozy touches of a lived-in home.

I had my 50th birthday dinner

Nice house i had my 50th birthday dinner and it was about 10 people's there and only 6 people's stay overnight everything was clean i would book again

Great Stay for a Special Celebration!The house was very spacious and perfect for our family gathering. The furniture felt a bit small for the size of the home, but overall everything was comfortable and clean. The host was extremely accommodating — we accidentally left something behind, and she went out of her way to make sure we got it back. We truly appreciated her kindness.We enjoyed our stay as we celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday and created great memories together. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing place

I loved it. The house was prefect. I thought it was 4 bathroom but it was 2 bathroom. My family and friends loved the place. They don’t mind to book rent house for them. There was no problem. I will do book again.

This house is very big and it has smart televisions in almost every room. It has all of the things needed for a rental home experience: space, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, and adequate seating. But lacked the things you want in a rental home experience: lush landscaping, quality furniture and linen, and attention to detail. But most families choose the necessities over the wants which why this was still a 4 star rating for me. This house was a God-send for my family including 2 dogs that needed a close by place to crash for 2 nights while floors were being remodeled at our home. The host was very communicative and responsive. We didn’t cook anything but we watched the television, used internet, took showers and reheated food. We all slept very comfortably. It was a good stay. Could things be glammed up? Sure, but then I know it would have cost even more. Tip: backyard is fenced but the fence is collapsing and could be a danger to kids or pets. We supervised our dogs while they were in the backyard as they could have run away or gotten hurt by the sagging fence. Bonus: the screened in porch was nice at night but could have been cleaner.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. The parking was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and was in a great location.The only minor suggestions at the time were a coffee maker, which has since been added, and a few extra trash bags for longer stays. The remote for the downstairs TV did not work. These were very small details and did not take away from our overall experience.We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.
