Este amplio y bien equipado chalet del primer piso cuenta con dos master suites y está a poca distancia a pie a la playa, piscina, centro de tenis y campos de golf. Disfrutar de las vistas al bosque y la laguna desde su terraza privada. Dos dormitorios principales cuentan con baño privado. Cocina cuenta con suelos de baldosas y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis. Estar incluye TV de pantalla plana grande y puerta corredera al balcón. Esta villa de alquiler será su hogar lejos del hogar en la isla Hilton Head. Sólo se admiten mascotas en este alquiler de vacaciones de octubre a marzo. Se permite un perro de menos de 40 libras. Cuando seleccione que tiene una mascota al momento de pagar, se agregará una tarifa por mascota a su reserva después de la reserva.

Comfortable, clean and convenient

Very mediocre experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh where to begin. Guest need to be aware they are staying in an apartment building. Paper thin walls - you will hear every noise all day and night. Neighbors had a dog that barked constantly. The bathrooms looked in poor shape and much of the interior looked dated. Not worth the price.

Not ready for occupancy. Not great tennis facilities.

The condo was not ready when we arrived. There were no towels and no sheets. Because it was after 6, we had to wait until the next day for towels and sheets. Once we got our bikes from the nicest guys at the nearby rental facility, vacation got a whole lot better. Biked everywhere we could. While the signs read that cars had the right of way, cars did stop for riders. The people at the tennis desk not super friendly and tennis courts not very well kept. Beach very nice and general store a great spot for morning coffee. It was nice to have a pool nearby too. Apartment clean and well-kept with convenient appliances like microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher - awesome!

Great Location and as Described...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and as described and pictured. Full amenities and plenty of towels. Great location. Beds are a bit creaky. Unfortunately the walls are thin so you hear the neighbours. Especially the ones in the unit above walking around and talking. Fortunately they didn't stay up late so the house was quiet at night. Overall, we love staying with Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort.

Place was good, had many issues though

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and location was good. We enjoyed our stay, luckily we were about and about more than in the condo. We had several issues in the 7833 unit. Firstly, the hot water was not working. All showers were ice cold. Secondly, we had internet and cable issues after the first day that were not able to be resolved during our visit. Overall a decent place but these issues soured the experience a bit

Loved this property

We had a wonderful vacation. The unit was perfectly located in Palmetto dunes. Well quipped kitchen. The only reason I did not give this property a 5 star rating is because the ends were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that we have zero complaints and would recommend this property.

Great Stay

Excellent stay, very well equipped condo in every respect! Easy walk to restaurants, beach and General Store. And the staff at the Palmetto Dunes office are great! Shout out to Demetrea for sure!
