Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious 4 BR, 2 BA house is perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or business travelers looking for a peaceful retreat. Located in the heart of Burnsville, this home offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a sparkling private pool, modern amenities, and close proximity to local attractions. 2 cars can fit in the garage for your convenience. Also, we cover the Airbnb fees for your stay :)

This cozy and inviting home features an open floor plan with plenty of natural light, stylish furnishings, and all the comforts you could ask for.

Living Room: Relax in the comfortable living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring.
Family Room: A spacious open area for you and your guests to relax and enjoy a movie by the fireplace.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. There`s also a coffee maker, toaster, and blender for your convenience.
Dining Area: Gather around the dining table, which seats 8 comfortably, and enjoy meals with family and friends.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, and a large closet.
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with cozy linens and ample closet space.
Third Bedroom: Full-size bed with cozy linens and ample closet space.
Fourth Bedroom: Full-size bed, great for additional family members or guests.
We also have a Queen pull out couch, and a Twin sized pull out bed.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with fresh towels, toiletries, and hair dryers provided for your convenience.
Outdoor Space: Step into the backyard oasis where you’ll find a private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip during the warm Minnesota summers. The outdoor patio features comfortable seating and a grill, ideal for dining al fresco or lounging poolside.
You can also enjoy our pool house, with Tv and couch for your enjoyment

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including the pool, yard, and driveway parking for up to 6 cars. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and all the essentials for your stay.

Our services are at your disposal from 6 AM to 12 PM. Should you require any assistance to enhance your experience, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Burnsville is a charming suburban community just 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. You`ll be close to shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Burnsville Center, and outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby parks and lakes. The Minnesota Zoo, Mall of America, and Buck Hill Ski Area are just a short drive away!

This home is conveniently located with easy access to I-35, making it easy to get around. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

The pool is open seasonally for family, friends and invited guests, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty, and children should be supervised at all times. Ensure the waiver is completed before entering the pool area.
Check-In/Check-Out: Guests can check in at 4 PM and check out at 10 AM. We provide contactless, keyless entry to facilitate a seamless arrival and departure.
Quiet Hours: In consideration of our neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.
We are a dog friendly property. We allow up to 2 dogs and our pet fee is $50 per dog for the stay. We ask that you please keep your pets off furniture and clean up after them. Sorry, we do not accept cats.

By renting this property, you and your party agree to assume all liability for any property damage or loss incurred during your stay. We, the owners, will not be responsible for any incidents involving you or your guests. Your booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Cameras:
For everyone`s safety, we have installed two cameras on the premises: one at the front, overlooking the driveway, and one at the back, covering the pool and side of the house. These cameras are actively recording at all times. Contact us if you require more information about this.

Please review the following house rules:

1. Neighborhood - A noise ordinance is in effect from 10 pm to 7 am in Burnsville. We ask that you respect our community`s quiet hours.

2. Please turn off all lights and electronics when they are not in use or when leaving the house.

3. Shoes must be removed inside the home at all times.

4. Smoking any substance inside the house or garage is prohibited.

5. Pets may be allowed with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $50 Per pet. Clean up after your pets is required; message me for more details.

6. Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. Violation will result in police intervention and immediate eviction without a refund.

7. Before checking out, load the dishwasher with your dishes and start it (detergent pods are under the sink).

8. Place all dirty and wet towels in the washing machine and begin the wash cycle.

9. Unauthorized guests are not permitted without written approval. Unapproved extra guests will incur a $50 fee per person and will be asked to vacate the premises. Please contact us beforehand for approval if you plan to have additional guests.

10. Please ensure the home is returned to its original state upon departure.

11. Failure to adhere to the house rules may lead to eviction from the property without a refund.
