The perfect Jax Beach bungalow. This entire house has custom features, 3 bedroom, plus office w/ Large beanbag that opens up to a King size mattress. Open concept Kitchen with all the latest stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, soft close cabinetry, and kitchen ware for almost any cuisine. All on 1 a single level with tile throughout makes this a very beach friendly property. The backyard is perfectly set for casual lounging with fire-pit and wooden deck with pergola. $75 pet fee.
Entire apace is available for your convenience. Off street Parking, amazing backyard. Easy access to wonderful jax beach parks, the beach, shopping , restaurants, entertainment, and more
I live less than 5 minutes away. Always can utilize the app or text me if you need anything.
Quiet hours in JAX Beach from 10pm-7am. No parties, under age drinking, or usage of illegal drugs. Zero tolerance. Will be asked to leave and forfeit booking fees per this notice. No pets for this property will be allowed. 4 vehicles max ( 2 must park inside garage). Maximum 8 guests.
