Luxury 2bed Condo w/ Mini Pool - Stunning Gardens & Resort Amenities Included

Our brand new condo in Kovay Gardens is a tropical oasis in a fantastic location. IIt is modern, stylish and spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. It features a mini pool on the balcony & the resort complex has beautiful gardens, multiple pools, 2 restaurants & common areas. There is also a concierge onsite, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, private beach access, hot tubs & other resort amenities. You will feel like you are staying at a luxury hotel resort! Kovay Gardens is 5 minutes from downtown La Cruz, the Marina & the famous Sunday market.

The condo is on the 2nd floor with a view of the gardens. It has two spacious bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms and a mini pool on the balcony with outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to cook and live comfortably.

We have furnished the condo to a high standard and look forward to welcoming guests for extended stays.

(Please note that the walk from the condo down to the private beach is around 200 meters through beautiful gardens. Golf carts are also available).

*Please also note that there is some building work going on on the complex right now behind our condo, around 100m away, workers are building during midweek working hours and you may be able to hear this if sitting out on the balcony during the day. However, indoors, you really cant hear it as the balcony doors are heavy and thick*

*Please also note that our condo is privately owned and nothing to do with the time shares on the complex.

Relaxing in La Cruz

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Hannah was easy to communicate with, the condo is incredibly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We traveled with our kids and having the pools, beach and abundance of shade was fantastic. A truly relaxing week!

Exquisite Tropical Oasis

It was super easy to book this property through VRBO .We stayed for 4 weeks and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The host Hannah provided everything you could possibly need! . The bed is super comfortable, all the appliances worked fine. The property grounds are like being in a jungle, with pools and waterfalls, bridges , birds, iguanas etc. There are 2 restaurants, bar, lounge.Poolside service for drinks & food. They require you leave a credit card on file so you can ring up a tab for your purchases - this worked great! - be aware they add on a pre determined tip of 20%. We didn’t have Cell data so we found Diana in Concierge (she’s in a little building 1/2 way down to the beach on the right) & were able to What’s App her. Then she would summon taxis for us right to the apartment. The only downside that we found, which was totally beyond Hannah’s control: Noise, construction is going on nearby from 8am-5pm 6 days a week, it varies in intensity though. Also, from the back bedroom you can hear the property golf carts that shuttle people between the entrance & the beach.- electric carts would be a huge improvement! We felt 100% safe, the staff were ALL outstanding in every regard. We walked to La Cruz, about 15-20 minutes. Either along the beach or the road-which the apartment is closer to.. The taxi is 100 Pesos each way. We also paid 35 CA rental to use the Kayaks in the Bay which are right on the beach. We had a splendid time, and definitely would return! Thanks Hannah

We are now ready to rent it for long-term stays and can't wait to share this dreamy tropical oasis with you.

Why they chose this property

We love La Cruz. It is a little pocket of authentic Mexico away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta and the tourists. The unpaved streets, cute restaurants, marina, fish market and more will take you back to the simple life. It is up and coming with great foodie spots popping up all the time. It is only a 10 minutes drive from larger Bucerias or 20 minutes from Punta Mita. The famous Sunday market in La Cruz marina runs every Sunday from November to April and it is an absolute must visit!

What makes this property unique

We think our property is unique as we have furnished it completely to our taste so that we can stay there when it is not rented. The furniture and decoration were all locally sourced and made by carpenters and artisans. The natural wood and light tones make the apartment feel like its own luxury tropical oasis.
