Jewel in the Sand is not simply a beachfront Destin vacation home, its a venue! A very small percentage of vacation rentals shine as brightly as this eight bedroom luxury home. She's always had the right DNA to special- a private pool with a grilling area, lounge chairs and a boardwalk to the beach; open gathering/entertainment areas on each of the four floors; four beachfront balconies and a large reception-ready kitchen hedged by two dining rooms, one with beach views and one for formal dining. Yet now, this gem of a rental sparkles even more brilliantly thanks to recent renovations.

Definitely on trend, it exudes a ‘light and bright’ feel marked by glossy modern art, white shiplap walls and stunning grey marble counters throughout. Each space boasts high end furnishings and coastal modern decor, from the many sitting areas to the individual bedrooms- every nook is welcoming. While several of the ensuite rooms would classify as Primary suites in any house, the fourth floor Primary suite is larger than many apartments. It’s bathroom alone has megawatts of 'wow'. Yes, Jewel in the Sand’s attention to detail is obvious in the custom tile finishes, gold hardware and even the refurbished ceilings.

Every substantial house needs certain necessities to host large groups and Jewel in the Sand is not lacking. A full laundry room, kitchenettes on multiple floors and flat screen TVS in each room raise the comfort level to new highs. Plus, don’t let its secluded location in The Dunes of Destin or its beachfront location fool you- malls, water parks, golf courses and grocery stores are very close by and a few restaurants are within walking distance.

This house sleeps a maximum of 20 guests.

Per City of Destin Rules, this property comes with 4 parking spaces.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

This pool can be heated between October- April for an additional daily fee upon request to our office.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

There is a private elevator on site for your use. You must abide the rules in the rental agreement to use the elevator. Included in your total is a fee charged for the use of the elevator.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
