This first picture is your view every night from our private patio! It doesn't get any better than this view! Imagine sitting on our private lanai enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset enjoying a glass of your favorite wine. Our condo has breathtaking views of the Gulf.

This condo is nicely appointed. It has all updated furniture including King bed in the master, all stainless-steel appliances, and granite kitchen countertops.

Our oasis is located on the beautiful white sandy beach of Anna Maria Island. Enjoy our 1st Floor, 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom spacious condo on the Beach. This condo is 966 square foot. Enjoy the stunning views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lanai. The only way to be closer to the beach is if you were getting wet! This end unit offers you privacy of no balcony next door, an additional full side screen on the lanai and additional windows in the kitchen, bath and Master bedroom. No streets to cross to go to the beach. You are ON the beach! You are directly Gulf Drive N for easy access to all the Restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc in just a short drive, trolley ride or walk.

Live in luxury at our 5 star Oasis.

While relaxing in our living room you can open our new pocket doors that create a 18 foot opening to the screened lanai. Our private lanai enables you to enjoy your coffee without anyone else being near you. The screened lanai is 6 x 20 foot. Including the lanai you have 1200 square foot of living space.

This unit is complete with a king bed in the private master with full custom bathroom. There is a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. Comfortable couch and leather chair are super comfortable. Living room and bedroom are equipped with 90 cable channels. There is a 32 inch flat screen tv in the living room and a 24 inch flat screen tv in the bedroom.

The condo is complete with a NEW FULL size washer and dryer in unit.

Screened lanai is complete with a bartop patio set for overlooking the beach. A small patio is also off of the master bedroom.

When you walk downstairs you are on the sand! No streets to cross.

Enjoy our heated beautiful private Saltwater pool.

As you leave you will find your car in our reserved, covered parking spot. Don't worry about keys any longer. We have gone to a Keyless entry system. No need to worry about losing keys.

There is NO elevator for access to this condo

Minimum age to rent condo is 25 years of age

Don't worry about bringing your beach items. Enjoy complimentary beach chairs and beach towels. Don't pay the airlines for checked baggage when we provide all of these essentials for you for free.

My wife and and I had a great time. The Condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. It’s literally right on the beach so we just walked right out daily. It’s clean and well kept. Also centrally located on the island so a short drive to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo at the perfect location

We stayed for 2 weeks and hope to return soon. We loved the location just steps from the beach. The location was quiet but with the easily accessible trolly we and shopping nearly every day.connected to nightlife

Our host John was extremely welcoming. He answered questions promptly before and during our stay. He was willing to work with us on an issue we had with scheduling. The view you see in the first picture for this condo is the real deal. The beach starts right under the balcony and the view is there from sunrise through sunset. Some of the sunsets are picture-worthy. I would recommend this condo for the view and the location alone.. but there is a lot to like. We wanted a place that wasn't too big, and the bedroom and kitchen and living room were generous but not huge. The appliances are all new and everything you need is in the kitchen. We eat in, so the kitchen is very important to us. The balcony is screened in and open on two sides. There is a comfy loveseat on it that is perfect for lounging. The living room has a beautiful white leather sofa and chair. The parking space is under cover and there are steps to get up to the condo They are easy to climb. The store and 2 different pharmacies are 1 mile away - just up the road. Beach chairs and umbrella were in excellent shape. Pool was warm enough to swim in, but the air was too cold in January for us. It was clean and well kept. We thought the condo was perfect for 2 people.

A Beautiful View

This condo is located in which a beautiful spot. The sunsets were gorgeous. The condo was very nice and equipped with all of the amenities one would need. The owner made sure that we had everything we needed to ensure we had a great stay.

We had a perfect week at the beach! Wonderful condo with amazing views from the screened-in lanai. Just 30 steps to the beach 🏖️ John is a very responsive host that checked in with us to make sure everything was good. We would 10/10 recommend staying here and we would love to come back soon!

The condo was just as advertised. Owner is absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. He texted to make sure we had everything we needed and responded to my request for places to eat. If I could rate this place a 10 stars I would. Well worth the money. Highly, highly recommend.

Best Condo Stay So Far!!

Mi wife and I have stayed at some great condos on the beach at AMI. This one is the finest. Aside from the location, parking, finishes, and kitchen, we especially appreciated the special touches. Nicer furniture. Comfy love seat on the lanai. Loads of space in the parking area. Lots of kitchen equipment (more than we used but nice to know I could cook burgers on a George Forman or whip up margaritas in a blender). My suggestions for improvement would be to upgrade the pots and pans to nonstick. Provide power strips in common spaces (there was one in the bedroom but that’s all), more area rugs to catch sandy feet, and install an exhaust fan in the master bathroom. The owner is responsive and helpful. He provided great support and we had a great stay! Thank you!!

Nice straight out view

Clean. Kitchen well stocked with spices and dishes etc. You may want to take automatic dish soap, and a food sissers. Had paper products to start with except kleenex. A few things to keep in mind: no elevator and and stairs are narrow and when rains get abit slippery, we were there in January and nights were cool so the floors are cold-take slippers or socks, parking spaces are very small-if you have a small veichle you will be fine - we had a pick up and had to park outside of garage which is not a problem if you can find a spot in the 6 outside parking spaces that are not assigned. Bedroom is on road side and there is a lot of road noise all night long., we live in country so this did not work for us.. Also there is a condo above this one and you can hear every step. For us that started at 6 AM. every morning. . Only 4 louge chairs by pool. Condo could use a beach cooler only has a large strofoam cooler .Also a full length mirror would be nice, No counter space in barh. Upon arrival we had 3 burned out lights- one at entry and at night it was difficult to enter code. The code is a good idea instead of carry a key. Blender and hair blow dryer needed replacing. The condo walls could use some painting. The website states possible early entry. We could not get early entry even though it did not show any one renting unit before us. I understand our rent did not start until 4PM. We found something else to do in the area. There is not a trolly stop close but good walking.

Island Escape

This property was everything and more than listed on website. Beautiful weather helped too! Very attentive property owner and the condo is beautiful and very well stocked for cooking if you prefer to stay in for meals. Several choices of games, books, etc. Walking distance to several restaurants or the free trolley is very easy too. Loved the quiet evenings to enjoy hearing the ocean waves!!

Everything was great except for the usual stuff on vacation spots, traffic and wait time at restaurants. The parking at the condo was also a little hard to get into and out of. Really enjoyed our stay though and hated to leave.

Relaxing Vacay on the Beach!

Search no more! This was the perfect location and accommodation we were looking for! Can’t beat the view! The beach was not crowded at all! We were visited by dolphins right in front of the place twice during our trip. Took a nice nap on the patio listening to the sound of the waves crash. You could do the same thing from the couch if you open the patio double doors. Saw a full rainbow on the beach on our last day. There’s a nice sandbar in the water - perfect if you have kids that want to play in shallow water. The place has all the beach gear you need - chairs, ice chest, towels…except you may want to rent a tent if you like to escape the sun. Plenty of rental options that deliver in the area. This time of year we experienced sunshine during the day and showers at night. Took the free trolley everywhere we wanted to go. Just downloaded the app and knew when to expect it. Had groceries delivered for convenience. This spot was close to everything but not in the middle of any crowded/loud area. John checked on us often and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the perfect stay! So glad I booked this place!

We have 4 adult children that live around the Country. We are blessed that our oldest son has married his sweetheart and we now have 2 beautiful
