Perfect location

The property had everything we needed, the location was perfect. Covered parking, gulf front beach, very nice pool and hot tub, large pool deck with chairs, tables and chaise chairs. I would stay here again.

Amazing lactation on Anna Maria Island. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. I also had to call in to the office during the trip to help find the outdoor beach and the person was very helpful and ready to solve my problem. Thank you.

Perfect family vacation

Perfect location for our summer getaway during the pandemic. Condo was spacious and very clean. The balcony was really nice with ocean views as well as a bay view. It had everything we needed. The oceanfront location made it easy to spend the day on the beach with plenty of room for us to social distance. The pool and spa were great too. There is a convenience store across the street for essentials and a really good Italian restaurant. There is also a trolley stop right out front if you want to venture to other areas of the island. We got groceries delivered using Instacart.

Fabulous Location!

This VRBO rental was spectacular! The location was perfect, the furnishings and decor were top notch, and the amenities were spot on! The beds were super comfortable, and the provided linens were plentiful! We especially appreciated the security of the building. Lastly, a hidden gem that I discovered was an entire cabinet of books (I read several during our stay)! The only tiny things that could be improved would be to provide at least one more garbage bag for the week (we didn't want to buy an entire box of Hefty bags only to use one) and maybe have a binder with information on good nearby restaurants, umbrella & chair rental companies, and fun local activities. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Anna Maria Island Club

Highly recommend this property! The location is fantastic as it is not right next to large public beach access on either side so the beach was very uncrowded and clean! Property was clean and well maintained. Few people we met who owned condos there were friendly and helpful unlike other places we have stayed where full-time residents resent renters. Condo was clean and comfortable and everything worked great. Only things we really wished had been there was a Keurig and beach chairs but those were NOT promised in the listing but would have been very welcome additions as we had to buy chairs and leave there since we flew. Overall was great and we will stay there again!

Beautiful beach, condo

Will not stay there again, 2 weeks without pool and spa. We were told by residents who come every year, that this was 3 year in a row, pool and spa heaters not working, we paid a lot to not have this feature be available. We requested an adjustment in our rental fee, never received an answer
