Family Friendly Spacious 4-bedroom house with Heatable Pool and Spa
This spacious close to town 4 bdrm, 3 bath home sports a split floor plan. Master Suite is on one side of the house and the 3 bedrooms are on the other side. Comfortable furniture and flat screen TV in the living room. Dining Room has seating for 6 and 4 bar stools are available for extra seating. 1st Master Suite has a TV with King bed and private door to the backyard. The Master bath has a tub/shower combo with a door to the garage and large walk-in closet. 2nd Master has a TV with Queen bed and private bath with tub/shower combo and private door to the backyard. Both Guest bedrooms have queen beds. Nice covered patio with BBQ, fireplace, table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee out by the pool. Pool and Spa can be heated with Natural Gas. TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ELECTRIC/GAS COMBINED OVER $150 EACH MONTH. Garage has parking available for 1 vehicle. YouTube TV, Wireless Internet are included. RO system and Water Softener.
