Our private villa features 4 bedrooms: 3 in the main house and 1 in the pool house. Enjoy:

We also provide easy-connect speakers (Sonos Beam, Yamaha + Sonos Amp), premium beddings, bedroom slippers, towels, dental kits, MALIN+GOETZ toiletries, hair dryers, hot water showers, and bidets. Look no further, everything you need is here. Just come and enjoy!

Other things to note
PETS
While we are not a fully pet-friendly villa, we can allow up to two (2) pets for a fee starting at ₱2,000, subject to our terms and conditions (message us for details). Pet fees vary based on the number and size of your pet(s). Please note this fee covers cleaning only; any damages caused by pets may incur additional charges.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa comfortably sleeps 12, however, we can set up floor mattresses and our sectional sofa to accommodate 3-7 more people (19 max capacity). An additional P2,800/head/night applies to the 13th guest onward.

STAFF QUARTERS
Need space for your staff? Book our extra AC bunk room (₱880/head/night, up to 2 pax). Simply request through chat so we can send you a payment request.
Note: Room is within the property but is more modest in design and not of the same standard as our main guest bedrooms.

INTIMATE EVENTS
We’d love to help you celebrate life’s special moments. If your event involves set-up, external suppliers, or additional day guests, an event fee (starting at P10,000) applies to cover ingress/egress and use of shared spaces. Standard check-in is at 3 PM. If you need time for set-up, we can allow access at 1PM earliest for suppliers only. If more time is needed, please book the night before your event.

CLEANING
Housekeeping for bed refresh and trash disposal can be provided upon request. Kindly let us know your preferred time, and our team will be happy to assist.

DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Guests are responsible for any damage/breakages during their stay. Please inform us immediately should anything happen.

LIGHTS & APPLIANCES
Help us conserve energy by switching off lights, fans, air conditioning units, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.

PARKING
We have allocated outdoor driveway parking for up to 4 cars.

VALUABLES & SECURITY
For your peace of mind, please lock all windows and doors when leaving the unit and keep your valuables secured. We will not be held liable for any lost or missing items. Note: security cameras are installed in common outdoor areas.

SMOKING
Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas only.
