About this property
White Mountain Serenity!
Our cabin is situated on a country road with a beautiful brook, less than 10 mins from downtown Plymouth. The town of Rumney is quaint with a little general store, the Common Cafe with live music and a nostalgic 1950's diner. For outdoor enthusiasts, we about 8 miles from Green Woodlands, a 50 mile network of biking trails. Rumney rocks, rock climbing is only 3 miles away. There's plenty to do in the area even in off peak season.
Our cabin provides a private space for a maximum of 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. Full bath with towels, soap and shampoo. The TV room has an electric fireplace/heater and a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations for 2 people in addition to the private bedroom with a double bed with cozy flannel sheets. Both rooms are very private. The front room also has a couch in addition to a table with 4 chairs. Out back, there is a gas grill for those inclined to want a juicy steak, burger or kabobs. It's cozy and comfortable. The cabin is situated on a brook that sounds amazing! Enjoy the comfort and peacefulness of being at the end of a dead end road at the foot of the wind farm.
There is no washer/dryer on premises. Laundromat is 8 mins away. The cabin is not handicap accessible nor is it child proof.

Great cabin with easy access to climbing, biking, or just relaxing out by the Brook that runs through the back yard. Very private and will definitely be looking to come back!
We had a great weekend stay at the cabin. It was so cozy and welcoming. Our favorite part was the brook in the backyard. We would definitely recommend this property, and are considering booking another stay next year!
The cabin is very functional and located next to a stream, which made us feel very comfortable and connected with the natural environment. Location is very accessible to grocery stores and all the charm of Plymouth, NH.
Very peaceful and relaxing. Our lives are non stop so this was exactly what we were looking for. The brook on the property was a beautiful surprise and a favorite spot to sit and relax.
The place could not have been any easier or more comfortable to stay in. No problems whatsoever, and several delightful surprises in the house and surroundings. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I'm in the area.
My wife and I really enjoyed the cabin. It was perfect. The Hosts Linda and Dan were quick to respond to questions. They were thoughtful they left wine, cheese and crackers. They made sure the walk ways were shoveled and drive way was cleared. We had a great weekend, and would like to go back in the summer.
I loved staying at this house on the creek! The owners made it so comfy and easy.
My only complaint is about VRBO- they make it difficult to communicate with the owners, because you must login to send emails to the owners. When you are on the road, this is very inconvenient!
My husband and I didn’t get to the cabin until Saturday because of work obligations and then went directly to the wedding once we dropped off our luggage. It wasn’t until Sunday that we were able to look around the and how beautiful the setting was. We are hoping to get away for another weekend, but want to get there earlier on Friday so we can spend more time exploring. We both were very happy with cabin.

Perfect in every way!!!
What an ideal place to unwind...these two teachers (also empty-nesters) enjoyed every moment of our stay. This was our first time away in over a decade and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space, the setting and local hiking areas allowed us to relax and replenish! What gracious hosts...we will be back! Our favorite things about the cabin: the electric fireplace added ambiance while playing games; the babbling brook heard every time we ventured outside (though we need to come back after the melt to see it); all the comforts of home provided by you! Everything was as promised (and more!)! Hope to see you in the spring/summer!

Perfect Location for Our Needs; Need firmer mattress
The cabin was cozy and perfectly equipped/located for our short-term stay. The welcome package of cheese, crackers and wine was unexpected and so kind of our hosts -- thank you. Two suggestions to improve our stay: upgrade the mattress and do not have air freshner/plug-ins. Unfortunately the only bed is a double and the mattress is very soft. My husband has a bad back and we needed a firmer mattress for him. Thank goodness for the fans (and the AC in the living room) as it was unseasonably warm in New Hampshire during our stay.
Wonderful stay in this cute cozy cabin with my wife
This cozy cabin was a great experience for me and my wife. The hosts were very wonderful, and answered any questions that I had for them. They gave me and my wife recommendations to explore and we weren’t let down. It’s a perfect spot to just relax and enjoy time with your significant other or family. The cabin is very well-kept up and super clean. The den is very spacious. I definitely recommend renting this cabin. Thanks again for letting us stay, happy holidays, The Martinez’s.
Had a great stay at the cabin. The place is really nice, clean, well kept, comfortable. Loved how nice and quiet it was. The host, Linda, was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly,. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
Absolutely perfect cabin with a babbling Brook just feet away; Excellent Hostess!!!!!
This property is guaranteed to please ! Welcomed with wine/ cheese & crackers / chocolates?? Yes!!! The hostess Linda was super accommodating with our check in/ check out times and didn’t even bat an eyelash when I told her I had accidentally broke a wine glass. Linda is very kind and thoughtful welcoming her guests as so.
My fiancée & I were blown away by the surroundings, cleanliness and contents of this adorable cabin in the woods. Towels, all hygiene products including shampoo & conditioner that’s color safe- rare find at any hotel/ rental. Anything you may need is there - 1st aid kit, ice packs, etc.
We just brought along our food and beverage items and used the blender, coffee maker, oven, stove top, microwave etc to max capacity as we ate all meals in the cabin utilizing the array of spices & pantry items, including paper goods!! There was even a back up supply of every paper good item supplied!! Even foil, plastic wrap, wax paper; these items are greatly appreciated when cooking daily.
Linda also has a 3 ring binder containing any & everything that one may need to know including nearest medical center, all grocery stores, nearby gas stations- Literally- this handy manual was very useful to learn of the offerings in the area. Manual is updated often as well to reflect the current seasonal changes which happen in the area.
The cabin is an amazing gem & I will hopefully stay here again. Amazing experience in every way! The photos online don’t do it Justice. I’d rate 10 stars if that was possible. Definitely recommend this property & hostess Linda.
It was a nice stay for the weekend. The place was clean and secluded. The property manager was great before the visit. My boyfriend and I had a relaxing weekend.
Great place to ride out a snowstorm. The house looks small from the outside but feels very roomy inside! would like to return in the summer to see the beautiful surrounding nature when it’s not covered in snow!
We had such a great weekend at their cozy cabin! These hosts were exceptional! Linda was super responsive whenever we had a question. The cabin was clean and clear of snow, which we greatly appreciated after a slow trek in the aftermath of a winter storm. Their kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. A short drive took us to the White Mountain region for some outdoor fun! Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay even more than last year as we knew the area and what to expect. We spent several days hiking and mountain biking and the weather was absolutely perfect. This cozy place is just perfect for a get away as it's close to town but far enough removed to offer peace and serenity.
The cabin had all the things we needed for making comfort food and we made several crock pot meals to enjoy after a long day outside and brought home some as well.
We plan to come back yearly as a girls retreat. The owner was very responsive to our concerns about the internet and cell service but we just drove or walked down the street to get reception. Thank you!

Lovely little cottage in a very remote neighborhood. Beautiful views and home. Highly recommend this property. The owners are very easy to reach and have gone above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We had a lovely stay at the cottage! It was perfect for our short stay and close to the Rumney rock climbing. Thank you!

About the host
Hosted by Linda Molinaro
Dan and I are newly married since June 2016. We knew each other in elementary school and high school but never dated. We reconnected at an 8th grade reunion after 40 years. We are in the travel business and I own Natural Change Massage & Hypnosis in Plymouth, NH. Perhaps you can share a little about yourselves before you end your visit.
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy this property because we could see the potential it had to make a great retreat for anyone who wants to relax.
What makes this property unique
Before I went inside this gem, I was sold on the most beautiful rushing brook. It had little water falls and pools. I could envision falling asleep to the sounds of the water flowing right outside the bedroom windows.
