Whether you're visiting for a family getaway, sporting event, work, medical needs, or simply looking for a comfortable home away from home, this property offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay.

**Pet Fee: $150 per approved dog.**

Guests have complete and private access to the entire home, front porch, and large fenced backyard.

Enjoy convenient self-check-in with a personalized keyless entry code provided before your arrival. No key exchange is required.

## Interaction With Guests

We respect your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience, so you can enjoy your stay without interruptions. While we will not be present during your visit, I am always available through the messaging platform if you have questions or need assistance.

I have little ones at home, so I’m typically up early and usually heading to bed around 9 PM Central Time. I’m happy to help whenever I can.

Guests must have a verified profile.

## Safety & Security

For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and property, exterior security cameras are active during reservations.

The property has:

* One doorbell camera at the entrance
* One outdoor camera facing the backyard

There are no cameras inside the home. All exterior devices remain on and recording during the reservation. Security footage may be used when necessary to verify compliance with rental policies or investigate incidents.

House Rules

Please help us keep the home comfortable for you, future guests, and our neighbors.

* This is a completely smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
* No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or unauthorized gatherings.
* Only the guests included on the reservation may stay at the property. Unapproved visitors are not permitted.
* Please respect our neighbors. No loud music, excessive noise, or disturbances are permitted.
* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
* No weapons are permitted anywhere on the property.
* Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.
* Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets.

## Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval.

* Dogs only
* Maximum of 2 dogs
* Dogs must be under 50 pounds
* Pet fee is $150 per approved dog
* Unapproved pets are subject to a minimum $260 charge

For the comfort and safety of everyone, please follow these pet guidelines:

* Dogs must be house-trained and well behaved.
* Dogs must remain on a leash whenever they are outside the property.
* Please clean up after your dog immediately.
* Pets are not permitted on furniture. Please bring a dog bed or crate if needed.
* Dogs should not be left unattended in the home for extended periods.
* Aggressive or excessively loud dogs are not permitted.
* Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in the dog being required to leave the property, with no refund of the reservation.
* Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or traces left inside or outside the home.
* A minimum $250 charge may apply for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.
* Guests are fully responsible for any injury, property damage, treatment, care, or other costs resulting from their pet's actions.
