We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. The views were great. The house had everything we needed. Walton, the owner allowed us to have our Grandson's 1st Birthday party in the home. We had plenty of room for all our guest and family. It turned out great! We will definitely stay again.

Are the Lady Bugs visiting the Sun Room only every couple of years really a problem? They love sun rooms and usually only hang around for a couple of weeks. I am not to to kill such lovely harmless little creatures that randomly choose places like this sunroom in the South when the weather is fluctuating from Winter to Summer in less than 24 hours. They are just trying to save their own lives for being born a bit too early for Crazy Mother Nature. I am so happy you enjoyed your stay enough to give my property a Five Star Review. We had a great time at this house. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. We especially loved relaxing on the back deck and enjoying the view over the Cahaba river. This neighborhood is one of the best kept "secrets" in Birmingham as it is so centrally located in what is almost like a Nature Preserve right in the middle of the greater metro Birmingham Area. Living is the woods close in is fantastic. The river and the views give you the feel of a stay in Highlands.

The location. River frontage on The Cahaba River. All the wildlife is wonderful to watch. You can't find anything this close in that offer all these wonderful things this close in that Vacation Rentals are allowed.
