My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business the Best part is that You get to enjoy staying in a Private Home all to yourself at the price of a Rooom.
The Apartment enjoys a unique East West facing view with ample sunlight , breeze , natural cool atmosphere due to it being on a higher floor , with complete Privacy and Noise free surrounding with Instant access to us as we live next door .(The Entire Apartment - Living Room , Kitchen , Bedroom and the Washroom (Separate WC)
Since we live next door i will be accessible to You 24 * 7 helping You with any requirement or support that You may need to ensure an absolute Comfortable and Safe Secure stay.
Society PROHIBITS any activity that leads to Noise Pollution or frequent movement of visitors for the guest
The Apartment being located on the 8th floor enjoys a beautiful view of the city landscape and despite there being 5 apartments on each floor there are only 2 Nuclear families on the entire floor ensuring maximum privacy and Noise free .
Both Private and Public Transport is available within 3 minutes of walking distance and Hospitals , clinics , drug stores , Grocery stores , food courts , malls , fast food joints , Shopping arcade all are within 5 minutes of the Apartment.
