Everything was as advertised. Direct view for sunsets and short walk to beach. Questions were responded to quickly. Unit was very well equipped. We were able to walk to some of our favorite restaurants. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay for the third year in a row In this unit. My adult children gave me a photo shoot for my birthday and it was taken one of the evenings we were there with 28 family members, on the beach and in the green space by the parking garage. Great place to stay. I love the unit that we're in and hope we come back next year.

A great location right on the beach with a view of the water. The condo is spacious with many luxuries. The kitchen was well furnished with cookware & utensils. The living room was large with comfortable furniture. Both bedrooms were large with lots of closet space. A great location to spend a few days or a week!

This condo is located in an excellent area IRB. Close to fantastic restaurants and beach. Access to the beach was excellent. View from the condo to the beach/sunset was nice. The building is very secure with multiple security codes for building and pool entry. We had a very nice week at This condo.

Great condo and location. Easy access to beach and condo includes plenty of beach gear. Lots of restaurants nearby and very nice neighborhood. Only issue we had was cleanliness of the unit. Condo had not been cleaned properly and bedsheets required washing before use.

the rental was nice. the neighbors were smoking the entire trip which made it difficult to enjoy the balcony with my infant but other than that nice location by the beach.

103 Hamilton was a very nice place to stay. You absolutely did not need anything to cook in the kitchen. Everything was very clean. There was enough room for all to sit to eat and to just relax. The deck furniture was perfect. That’s where spent a lot of time. It had plenty of chairs and rafts ect for the beach. It would of been nice if the pool had a chiller in the summer it would be nice.

Loved the location. Place is very clean except the air conditioning vents had mold on them. I would recommend that they are cleaned soon. 1 Bathroom smaller then expected but otherwise the place was very nice and the location is fantastic. I would come back and rent again.
