Bathroom includes fluffy towels, body wash,shampoo & conditioner. Laundry includes washer/dryer & detergent. BDR hosts king bed, & smart tv. Second BDR hosts queen bed, & smart tv. Third BDR has 2 full beds. All rooms include darkening shades, & nightlights with USB chargers. Kitchen includes dining sets for up to 12, Stainless steel appliances, griddle, blender, baking essentials listing & everything needed to cook or bake. Relax outside on the deck with conversation area, gas grill, and fire pit.

Guest will have private use of the front porch and back deck that includes conversation area with gas grill & fenced back yard.

- This home is about a block from the rail road tracks, you will hear the train pass through on occasion.
- This is a house that has been fully converted to a true duplex and the Duke is the upper unit.
- Cameras are located on flood light and are for security purposes & No Survelliance inside
-No Parties: No Glitter or Confetti

- No Smoking or Vaping: $500 fee for mitigation of odors

- Total number of people must match the reservation or $50 per person will be changed

- Our pet fee policy is $150 per pet

- This property has a voice and camera security on exterior of home for safety purposes.

- Number of guests in reservation must match total of guests staying or an additional fee of $100 will be applied per person.

- A late fee of $50 will be charged for check-outs over 11 AM checkout time.
