We would like to clarify that we were in direct communication with the guest and the guest acknowledged and accepted our resolution. The issues regarding the light bulbs and TV were addressed immediately, and all items were confirmed to be working properly thereafter. Regarding cleanliness, we issued a refund accordingly as part of our resolution. We always aim to ensure that the unit is fully inspected prior to check-in, including appliances, lighting, and overall condition.
