Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa featuring two beds with one bedroom and one bath on each level! This home is located in a beautiful setting with large trees and a nice yard. It is close to walking trails and golfing. Enjoy nature while having dinner on the screened porch or catch some sun while lounging on the back deck. This home comes with four amenity passes allowing you access to the Owners' Club where you can enjoy indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools, a state of the art fitness center, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, Game Room, free WIFI, etc. The Galena Territories offer many activities to choose from, including horseback riding, hiking, wine tours, fishing, shopping, skiing, and more. Great little place just outside of Galena. Quiet little getaway, but close enough to the downtown area. Very clean, comfortable beds. Would recommend bringing a fan for the upstairs bedroom (it gets pretty hot).
