-SECURITY CAMERAS: We have NINE EXTERIOR Security cameras throughout the property (5) doorbell cameras at the entry of each unit, (1) at the front entry door, (1) at the corner of the studio apartment facing the parking spots, (1) outside Unit 3, facing the parking spots, and (1) outside Unit 4, facing the street. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes
-We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible! Since we need to coordinate with our cleaning team to prepare the home, we can only confirm availability on arrival or departure day. If the property is available, early check-in is $25 for up to 2 hours and $50 for up to 4 hours. Late check-out is $25 for the first hour and $50 for two hours.
