Weekend in Andover

The home is beautifully renovated and decorated. The beds were unbelievably comfortable with a variety of pillows and blankets. The water pressure in the shower is beyond perfect - a weak shower is a huge pet peeve of mine so I was very pleased! Lots of parking and the home was quick to heat up. A perfect stay and 5 minute drive to downtown Andover!

Perfection close to PA

The unit was beautiful, clean, and convenient. It feels like a fancy hotel- but much larger and nicer. The kitchen was well stocked and a great place to prepare meals. The beds were extremely comfortable. Rick was very responsive. I can’t think of a better place to stay if you are visiting a local student in Andover. Do not hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed!

A great rental

This is a second-floor apartment, one of three in a large home on a busy thoroughfare. It’s small, but very comfortable, with great beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Downstairs is an open concept -- living room, kitchen and half bath. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. When we arrived, we noticed that there were not enough towels for our five-day stay, and no dish towels provided at all in the kitchen; I called the property management team and they responded quickly and were very friendly. No televisions or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Great A/C system. Plenty of lovely windows, so great lighting. Two of the windows wouldn't lock, though, and the front door doesn't have an inside lock so anyone with the security code could enter -- but perhaps they change the code after each rental, not sure. Generous with their coat hangers (I've had to ask for them from other VRBO's!). Wonderful bedding and plenty of great blankets supplied. The description says "dryer," but there's actually a wonderful laundry room in the basement of the home with washer, dryer, supplies and a nice folding table. Unlike many other VRBO's, the check-out instructions weren't a mile long - just take out the trash, turn out the lights, set the thermostat. Five stars.
