Este condominio tiene vista directa al océano con impresionantes vistas desde la cocina, comedor, sala de estar, dormitorio principal y ofrece amplias vistas panorámicas desde el balcón. Con un poco más de 1200 pies cuadrados de sala de estar espaciosa, este condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora grandes y televisores de pantalla plana.

Complejo:
El complejo se centra alrededor de un exuberante patio tropical con una gran piscina exterior y terraza. La cubierta incluye sillones para que disfrutes de un día alrededor de la piscina. Hay múltiples parrillas de puertas ubicadas a cada lado del complejo, así como un espacio de almacenamiento exterior para sillas de playa, tablas de surf y juguetes para la arena. En frente de Anchorage I y II, encontrará un área de juegos para niños, un parque conmemorativo, un sendero para ejercicios, un paseo privado hacia el océano, duchas al aire libre y cenadores privados en la playa para que nuestros huéspedes disfruten. Los ascensores y las rampas para discapacitados se encuentran a cada lado del complejo y son de fácil acceso. Se proporciona amplio estacionamiento.

Nuestros condominios están ubicados a solo minutos de Broadway at the Beach, el centro de la ciudad, Boardwalk y Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, teatros y espectáculos en vivo, golf y restaurantes.

Superb location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sisters and I were looking for the best beach rental that would accommodate the needs of our elderly mother. We found the perfect location at The Anchorage. A one level condo on the first floor with a walk in shower with handicap hand rails, and easy beach access a short walk away. The Anchorage's staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The condo was very nice, affordable, comfortable and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We all absolutely loved the quietness and residential feel of the location and the extremely close proximity to the beach. The property itself was adequate w a nice pool area that wasn’t overcrowded. The condo was spacious for our family of 3 although it could use a bit of updating & a little less clutter. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was in good repair- a little over the top with decor but whatever the owner likes is ok with us. Cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to cleaning. Countertops in itchen were not clean, floors had debris and bathrooms were just ok. The bed in master was very clean and comfortable.

Great location/Welcoming property

The Anchorage has been a favorite of our family for years. Its location, as well as the high standards of each condo eliminates any anxiety of "how your condo will look".Our Condo was beautifully furnished, with nice decorative touches throughout. The Kitchen was well equipped with small appliances, pots, pans, etc. Two minor issues- the cable box was out of order for several days, and had to be replaced.Also, the Dishwasher was out of order. This did not, however, impact the positive experience we had. We will definitely be back.

This was our 5th time there and maybe last

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean but a little dated. We didn’t mind that part. The furniture and the bed were very comfy and we loved the shower and the view . My issue is the pool is freezing and they won’t put the heater on until there are 6 nights with 56 degree temps. This meant no one uses the pool. Because of this we are not sure if we will be back.

The condo was clean and well stocked for our stay. I would give this rental a 5 star if only the sliding glass door would have opened in the living room. It is rusted and doesn't open. But we accessed the patio from the bedroom door. That's te only complaint we had. Must get that fixed. All in all we had a wonderful stay there. ****

noise dirty rugs

The unit is deco overload but overall it’s a nice place!! Noise however before 7am by carpet and molding installers in hallway right outside our unit was not a pleasure experience especially after driving 14 plus hours!! Floors and rugs were dirty !! Our white socks were almost black!! The toilet did break but Property maintenance fixed it fast!!!

We did notify the HOA about their early start and thankfully that was stopped. We are also glad we were able to make an adjustment on the toilet quickly and get that back in order for you. We wish we had been aware of the floor issues.. we could have sent somone in to reclean if needed. We are glad overall you enjoyed your stay.

Feels like home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very impressed with the accommodations this rental property. The unit was clean very well appointed. We could see that the unit had been remodeled and was very well decorated. It felt like it was our private beach house. Parking was very class and it was easy getting in and out of the unit with our luggage in groceries. The location of the unit felt like we were in a residential area and not a busy part of the Myrtle Beach strip. It was very conveniently located to anything we wanted to do. We all slept very comfortably and even our kids commented on how much they liked and wanted to return. The next time we are in the area we will definitely look to see if this kind there is available.

House Sitter Not Guest

The problem we had was we felt like a house sitter and not a guest. On Monday morning we were woken up at 8AM with knocks on the door from a company delivering and installing of a glass table top. Then again on Wednesday, Spectrum woke us up at 8:30AM to change out/install their equipment and that took just short of 2 hours. We did not enjoy being woken up that early for one thing then having to sit around waiting for Spectrum to finish up. These 2 appointments should not have been scheduled while the condo was in use by paying guests. Also the photos of the property did not clearly show there's a street that runs in front of the property. After reviewing the photo this AM; trying to determine how we did not see a street running in front of the property; the view of the street is clearly blocked by the railing on the property deck. The photo was very deceptive as we thought the condo was on the beach. This street was very noisy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. If you look at the first and second photo we placed in our listing you can clearly see the 2 lane street with the yellow lines and cross walk. Cabanna Row has a 2 lane access road on ocean blvd. What is great about this area is they don't allow building on the beach side. The beach is less congested and you still have a great ocean view. We are sorry the glass company didn't bother to schedule anything with us for the delivery of the glass or we would have rescheduled. Specturm was doing a building wide change out of equipment and switching over to a high speed internet system. We did send out emails and text message to all of our guests to inform them they will be on property and we do not have schedules nor can we reschedule or this would have interrupted your internet and tv watching abilities. We hope you enjoyed your stay and will return to the Anchorage!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very disappointed in the condo. We have stayed with anchorage numerous times and have always been more than happy with the rental, until this time. The condo was not clean. It smelled terribly of mold, very musty smelling from the very old carpets that were in the bedrooms. The balcony also smelled horrible and needed to be cleaned up. The 2nd bedroom was so bad, my daughter put the two twin mattresses in the floor to try to sleep. They were old and worn out and the bed springs were almost coming through the material. Mattress also had what looked like urine stains. The microwave did not work as it should and the fridge was full of rust all around the seals. There was not a room that we could put out our personal items out due to soooooo many decorations on every table top, night stand, bureau, countertops ( there was even a vase type thing hanging over the toilet! )We have always loved anchorage condos. My daughter and I both feel safe being there alone. Hope to stay again sometime, but will never rent this particular condo again. Again, we do appreciate Anchorage trying to make our stay better. I will say that Anchorage worked diligently to try and make our stay better. They brought a countertop microwave for us to use and brought a mattress topper for the bed. (I could not use that for 48 hours after it was brought due to needing to be aired out, per the instructions). So only had one night of good sleep the entire stay.

I felt like we had worked with you on every issue and let you know new appliance had been ordered for the kitchen as well as new flooring and beds coming in the next week but none of this was mentioned in your review. The owner is willing to do anything to keep her condo up and as I mentioned all of this was being done this week. It is unfortunate the timing with your stay however what surprises me is the great review we had just one week prior to your stay and others this past spring. We will work with you in the future to find you a condo more suitable to your needs.

Beautiful and super clean. Tall pedestal plant stand in living room is a trip hazard coming around corner, especially for elderly or small children. Heavy ceramic hanging pot with artificial plant hanging over toilet was scary, especially if you are tall. Loved the white furniture. Loved the view. Did not receive a call at 4 giving us entry code. We had to call and ask. Overall, we recommend this place and would stay there again.

Great week at Anchorage II!
