Descendez de votre balcon directement sur la plage de ce magnifique lotissement de 4 chambres face au golfe à White Sands. Luxe face au golfe avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau et un accès direct à la plage. Roi en maître, reine et reine dans la deuxième chambre, reine dans la troisième chambre, lits jumeaux sur lit superposé et lit gigogne dans la quatrième chambre (grande chambre d'enfant!) plus un canapé-lit dans le salon; 14 couchages. 4 téléviseurs et 4 DVD offrent un divertissement pour tous à la fin d'une journée ensoleillée sur la plage. La chambre de l'enfant dispose également d'une Play Station 4! Deux ponts, l'un hors du salon, l'autre un balcon privé de la chambre principale. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité et garage fermé pour 2 voitures (2 SUV et une petite voiture conviendront). Profitez de Pensacola Beach à son meilleur, à l'extrémité ouest très souhaitable de la plage sur Fort Pickens Road!

Beautiful location! Plenty of kitchen supplies and lots of toys, chairs,etc to use on beach.I just wish there had been child proof latches on lower kitchen cabinets We had a nosy one year old !

Lovely property. Lots of space between families when setting up chairs and such on beach, utterly uncrowded area, even though it was mid-August and other beaches at this time are quite crowded. Saw dolphins every morning! Highly recommend.

Very nice place and great location

It was a very nice place and had plenty of room, great location right on the beach. The house was clean and very comfortable, great views from the balcony’s and close to the boardwalk and pier.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful property, property management was easy to talk to, seamless check in/out even though we had a hard key, we all loved that it was right on the beach and 5 min drive from all the restaurants and bars. Would recommend!

Absolutely great accommodations

This is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed at White Sands. Well decorated, well equipped, roomy. There were eight of us with ages ranging from 4 to 68 and we could have accommodated more with room to spare. We will be back.

AHH the beach right at the back door

With 3decks, sleeping for 12, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a garage for 2 cars. We had a great time. We will definitely be back. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Ceiling leaks above door and windows to the outside, fridge leaks…we left towels so wouldn’t ruin the wood floors. TV in master couldn’t connect to WiFi

Just as pictured!

The unit looked exactly like we expected from the pictures. It is a beautiful well kept up home. We sat on the large deck and walked on the beach, wonderful that the beach is right out the back door.Kitchen was well stocked, would be helpful if there were some plastic storage containers for use while you are there. Or bring your own if you are planning on cooking a lot. Also would have liked a brush for the grilll, we managed without it though.Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property!

This rental was absolutely beautiful and just as described. Everyone was so comfortable and had plenty of space. I will say that the top floor air conditioning did not cool as good as the main living. Walking up the stairs there was a major temperature difference even though set on same temperature. Thankfully we were there during a cooler season. Also, the living room furniture could be updated as the recliner seems just about broken. But this was the best trip for my wedding! And I would stay at this property again as well as recommend to family and friends.

White sands nice view

The condo was amazing, great view, great location, nicely equipped with kitchen items but highly disappointed with the linens. Master bedroom sheets were stained and did not look laundered, the queens were old and not good quality. The coffee maker did not make hot coffee and no kitchen towels. I’ll go again but bring my own linens.

Daughter from Chicago and Son and family from Nashville. The size and layout was perfect, especially the room in the garage for two cars. The unit was very clean and well equipped. We have made trips to various parts of Florida to both coasts and the key. We were very impressed with the beach and the city of Pensacola. We will be back

Loved this place

A bit pricy, true, but if you consider we had 3 families (8 people) stay there, the cost is not high at all. Loved the fact that we could watch the kids on the beach from the upper balcony and the kids loved the freedom. Also, we went during Forsyth County fall break, and because Forsyth is the only county to have fall break, there was NOBODY else there. We loved it, we had the beach to ourselves. The only bad point about the stay was the fact that they advertise that they allow pets (which they do, we took out dog) but they do not advertise that the pets are not allowed on the beach. There was a person there that threatened to turn us in if they saw the dog on the beach. Besides that, all was great

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is right on the beach! Spacious enough for our 14 guests, but we did message on the App for more towels but never got a response. Decor is beach-like and fun. The upstairs rooms got warm, and some guests were uncomfortable. We also saw about 10 roaches in kitchen and downstairs bedroom area. The beach toys were a big hit with the little ones we had in our party.

Thank you for your review. We certainly understand creepy pests are not what our vacationers want to see. We live in Florida and have pest control spray quarterly on all units and quite frequently after spraying the pests come out to die. We also realize you do not want or need any lecture on Florida pests but rest assured we continue the battle and will call for repeat sprays at any time. Thank you again!

Perfection!

I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is the first time that I've come away wanting to rebook the same place for our next trip. The unit is even better than the pictures. The beach is beautiful and quiet with plenty of space to spread out. Our group was two families with 7 young kids. It was so great to be able to leave our beach tent set up for most of the day, feed the kids lunch on the patio, dump our sandy stuff by the back door at the end of the day, and easily spray off to go inside. The cool and roomy garage meant that we could easily load our vans without breaking a sweat. You can tell that this is someone's special vacation home with beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. Simple things like extra fans and blankets in the bedrooms, laundry baskets, storage furniture, plenty of towel hooks, a trash can on the patio, and a very well-stocked kitchen made such a difference for us.

Loud construction until 10pm every night

The condo is beautiful and spacious and it is right on the beach. We loved the location and the layout. However, the next door neighbors that you share walls with are doing renovations and you will hear LOUD bangs, hammering, and saws running until 10pm every night. We contacted the property management but they said they can’t really do anything about it since the HOA quiet time is 10pm. So, if you like loud noises and feeling like you are in a construction zone until 10pm every night, then this is the place to stay! We had to deal with this all 3 nights of our stay. Not a great experience for all of our young children that tried to go to bed at 8:30pm or for the adults that tried to have a conversation over all of the noise next door.

Feb 2018 Month stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fully stocked rental, plenty of dishes, etc. Brand new washer and dryer. Fantastic view of the ocean! Our dog loved looking out the many dog height windows every day and laying on the deck. Brand new deck furniture that is awesome. Great company to deal with, very responsive. Had a few issues (Grill didn't work on one side, they replaced the grill next day! Had lots of dust bunny's on the ceiling fans and again they sent someone to clean them next day!) Some of the inside furniture is dated as most rentals, but the master bed had a big lump in the middle of the mattress and needs replaced, but we didn't feel it was needed during our stay as we were still able to sleep ok on it. Would recommend as a great place to vacation.
