This place was magical - great balcony view to the beach! Location, location, location - restaurants, bars and stores walking distance. We had a great time and recommend this place highly. Will definitely come back.

Great Vacation

This was the perfect location. We didn’t rent a car and walked most places. There is also a free beach taxi that will take you anywhere along the beach for free and you just tip them. We went to the aquarium in Tampa which was really nice as well. The condo was perfect and the beach was beautiful. We saw dolphins daily, a manatee, and lots of birds. Great vacation!!!!

Great location for a family vacation

The property had plenty of room and the beach views were awesome. Love the location across from John's Pass. We arrived late and the office manager was very accommodating in making sure we got to our condo that day.

Amazing view from the condo

We had a great time at this condo, it is conveniently located near lots of activities. The gulf view was a breathtaking form the balcony. Apart from Wifi not working and a broken dishwasher, everything was perfect. Management gave us a compensation for the broken dishwasher. The bed mattresses could use an upgrade. Right on the beach with heated pool. Would recommend this property.

Reviewer Comments: Looks great from pictures but up close we had many issues for how much we spent on the condo. Owner needs to put more effort into details and cleanliness.

I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with a heart condition in 90 degree heat. I called to report the issue and got a very rude person on the phone saying they were aware of the problem and “All you people need to stop calling “ - REALLY??!!Other guests I talked to got stuck inside!GET A NEW ELEVATOR!!

All our feet turned black from walking barefoot in the condo. We realized it was because of how dirty the floors were. All but one of the beds were so broken in they curved every which way. We had a nice time with family and made due, but wouldn’t return. We had two units, one my brother booked and one my family stayed in. Their unit was even worse.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has been beautifully updated but still needs a few things. The beds were uncomfortable, the bedrooms need curtains especially the ones near the front door. All air vents and ac unit need to be cleaned. Ceiling fans would make a great addition to all bedrooms. Many of the blinds were missing the wand to open and close them. Appliances were in good condition just need to clean the ice maker area. In the large bedroom there was a small pull out for a single sleeper, there were no sheets for it and the mattress was disgusting and full of stains. We also could not utilize the closet in the bedroom with 2 beds as it was locked.

Our feet were black the minute we walked on the floors after bathing, even on the first day. The other issue was not enough seating, 412 sleeps 8 and only two chair on balcony and one cough and two not so good chairs in living room. Need two couches or a sectional.

The furniture was dirty, the paint was chipped, the woodwork was dirty, and the floors appeared to be never washed. Our feet were black from dirt. We spoke to management. Management sent cleaners to our condo. The cleaners were in the condo for approximately 30 minutes to reclean. In 30 minutes, they complained about the owner of the condo and pushed around a dirty mop. The condo was not maintained. We will never rent from Sun Host again.

Uncomfortable living room furniture, master bath toilet runs every time its flushed and leaks, faucet in shower wont turn all the way off, huge issue was front door lock spins and hard to lock and unlock, no closet in second bedroom as it was locked so guests had no direct access to bathroom had to go in hall. Had to rewash all dishes and pans as they were not clean had food still on them.

Reviewer Comments: Location..location..location!!!All the public areas are well maintained and the personnel are very courteous.The unit was very clean but does show signs of wear. Both tub faucets leak. I was disappointed that I could not get this unit for the same time period next year because of an error by the office staff which forfeited my "first right of refusal" by reserving it for someone before the end of my stay. She did offer availability on 4 other units for the time same time period next year so we'll see if we like the one I picked. Maybe it will be an even better option.

Great Family Vaca Spot!

This unit location was great and had a beautiful view of the gulf! The building itself is located in a perfect spot right across from John's Pass and very family friendly. We found our 3 bedroom unit to be perfect for a family of 6 and there was so much space for family game night and cooking meals together. This unit is clearly a popular rental because there was quite a bit of wear and tear from previous guests on the unit, appliances, and kitchen features. Despite needing a good deep clean and some updating, we would absolutely rent this unit again!

I would recommend but only because it is so close to John's pass.

Paint by patio window /doors is falling down an doors have NO curtains or shades on them , gets very warm during the day. Out of 7 windows , 5 do not have a rod to open or close them. We had to wash dishes and pans b4 we used them, very dirty. Paper towel holder broken. Sand was everywhere! On floors, counter, and even in the fridge. Master bedroom closet , the mirror door does not work at all , we didn’t use closet. I have been renting there for 20 years and this was the worst . Even the balcony was dirty, no tables were wiped or floor swept at all . The first day I had to go to office because tub was backed ..... with sand ! Not at all happy ☹️
