This Bulgarian dream house is ideal for large families, groups or those who just like space. It offers spacious accommodation, with all modern conveniences, that will provide a charming environment for your holiday. Sit on one of the sun balconies and enjoy the beautiful views over fields of sunflowers. Swim in the pool, wander around the nearly half an acre of space, laze on one of the sun loungers on the large sun terrace or while away the hours with a barbecue under the stars.

The 8 bedrooms can accommodate up to 15, although the villa is also perfect for just a couple who enjoy extra space and privacy. Unwind in the sauna or get the adrenaline going with a game of table tennis, or for the more sporty if you prefer the exercise cycle or punch bag provides ample opportunity to expel that extra energy! If you are more of the outdoor type there are 4 mountain bikes on hand you can use to explore the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Laundry facilities FREE WIFI and TV/DVD.

Fab holiday in superb villa

Fantastic villa (really too big for a family of four!) Superb pool. Loved the table tennis, the bikes and the choice of 8 bedrooms! Nearby Dobrich has everything you need, and beaches not too far away. Would love to come back to Bulgaria.

Wonderful stay

When we arrived at the villa with our family of 10 we were very impressed lovely large garden area and fabulous pool. The villa itself was outstanding the pics do not do it justice. Mike the host met us at Lidl as we were lost on way in and he was very helpful throughout our stay, even dropping some of our party to the airport when we left.😊 Pool was cleaned regularly Barbecue area was fantastic Games room in the basement was fun for all. Overall a great stay but could have done with bigger fridge freezer for size of villa. Would happily stay again

Summer holidays 2023

Beautiful spacious property in a quiet neighbourhood. Pool is fabulous and perfect for the hot weather. I cannot recommend this Villa enough if you are looking for a place to recharge your batteries and just relax. There are a number of lovely restaurants a short drive away. I highly recommend the restaurant on the lake which is amazing and offers fabulous food in a beautiful setting and caters for families of all ages. If you fancy going further a field and want a beach atmosphere then Balchik is the place to go. We are counting down the days to our 2024 stay.

Stunning property in sleepy Bulgarian village

This fantastic property has all you could need for a party of up to 15. Tastefully finished to a high standard and with accommodation over 3 floors, each with separate 'living' areas. A luxurious Sauna, ideal if you happen to be there in winter, a perfect outdoor eating area, covered and complete with extra large BBQ pit. The best bit for us was the pool, at 10 Metres long was plenty for serious exercise, or just loads of space for a large gathering of family and friends. At such a reasonable price this place makes so much sense for folks that don't need the crowds and the busyness of the resorts. Plenty to eat and just enough to see and do in Dobrich alone, just 5 mins drive away. Couldn't have been happier in our own acre of lush vines and fruit trees which come with the property.

Branishte villa

Property was exactly as described. Lovely large garden and great pool. Location is in a quiet village, some noisy dogs but other than that peace and quiet in the day and the sound of crickets in the fields in the evening we actually enjoyed. 10mins drive from dobrich town for very reasonable food prices. A party if 9 eating out with bottles of wine for £10-15 per head. 30mins drive to albena beach resort and food doubles in price but it is a tourist resort. 45-50mins drive to Varna, a more lively resort with good beach bars. The girls mainly wanted sun and pool by day and we headed out to dinner in the evning. But also ate at home, Lidl supermarket is 10mins drive and we had a big bbq at the villa a couple of nights. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would we all said we would go back.

Family Holiday

We had a lovely 2 week holiday and Bulgaria is a beautiful country. Mike the property manager couldn’t have been more helpful, even coming to find us when we got a bit lost finding the property late at night on our arrival. Lovely house and swimming pool, with a nice outdoor eating area/barbecue. Kids loved the ping pong! Definitely need a car to get around, although some of the roads aren’t great and the drivers are crazy!! Not much around the villa, but nice restaurants in Dobrich and Balchik Parts of house needing some work which led to a few downsides -Outdoor furniture was tired and some of it broken and not enough seating space in living room for such a large house. Only 2 small showers for an 8 bedroom house, one of which had a broken enclosure. Finally we were blessed with amazing weather, but as there was only 2 small fans in the property this meant nights were very warm !!

Super pleased you enjoyed your stay at the villa with the beautiful sunflowers fields around it along with Dobrich being 5 mins (15mins by bike - 4 provided) up the road with all its restaurants and only 25mims from the beaches. There is a shower on all 4 floors which the spacious en-suite wet on the top floor could have been helpful to you from your comments. Mike has started fixing the 3 blue pool loungers your family broke and has already repaired the wooden one you also did not mention you damaged. This will be completed with no charge to your family..

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en bulgarie. La villa était superbe. Notre hôte Mike nous a agréablement accueilli et s'est rendu disponible à plusieurs reprises (merci à lui) Dobritsch est assez calme, à proximité de la villa (5minutes en voitures) se trouve un très beau parc avec de bons restaurants. Un peu plus long nous avons été à Varna, une ville très animée avec un belle plage de nombreux restaurants et bars. Nous avons adoré la Bulgarie , beau pays, bonne gastronomie, bonne ambiance , beau temps et habitants accueillants

Familienurlaub mit 3 Kindern

Hallo Mike, wir haben unseren Bulgarien Urlaub in dieser großen und geräumigen Villa sehr genossen. Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen dem Objekt vor Ort. Unsere 3 Kinder und natürlich auch wir, haben den tollen großen Pool täglich genutzt. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, da man schnell überall hingekommen ist (Einkaufen, verschiedene Strände usw). Der Hausmanager Mike war sehr nett und immer für uns da. Trotz des sehr schönen Aufenthaltes, gibt es etwas zu bemängeln. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass das Haus und das Grundstück etwas sauberer gewesen wären. Alles in allem würden wir diese Villa weiterempfehlen und wenn auch wir mal wieder nach Bulgarien reisen, uns wieder melden. Beste Grüße Familie Bentien

The Seaman’s 2019 Getaway

We have been holidaying in Bulgaria for the last 7 years - it is a fabulous destination. This was the first year we have stayed in Dobrich - the villa was absolutely stunning, the grounds were beautiful. There are so many different areas in the grounds and villa to escape and relax. Great Villa

We were a family of 7 adults and 3 small children. The villa was plenty big enough. Photos does not do this villa justice it is much better. Our flight was delayed but local manager was very helpful and waited around for us, and gave us lots of tips about surrounding area. We all had a great time in the pool often cooked in the outside kitchen and generally didn't really need to leave the villa. Beautiful park very close, car is needed for beaches, park shopping etc. Short walk to the wonderful Sunflower fields which can be seen from the balcony. Would definitely recommend this house for large family group but would equally been good for just a few people wanting a very peaceful vacation.

Fantastic time

We have stayed at this house from 28 April up to 02 May with 10 adults. The house, the garden, the pool. the BBQ and the rest were as promised. We all had a very pleasant stay with enough room in and outside the house for privacy and thinks we dit together. We even found four bikes in the garage and although these bikes will need some maintenance we used them all. Mike from the maintenance team was a very relaxed and helpfull guy and we direct felt comfortable.

We loved it and we are hoping to come back!

My family - 5 adults and 4 children - spent 8 days in this wonderful villa and I truly wish our stay was at least 5 days longer. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this property. The villa was much more than expected and the pictures do not give it justice. Living area is huge, the garden is like a small park, the pool was loved by the kids.... and adults too :) and the BBQ area was a cherry on the top....I also have to mention the lovely view to the sunflower fields! We highly recommend this place if you're looking for peace and full relaxation away from hustle and bustle of summer resorts. This was exactly what we needed! We loved having our coffee on the terrace in the morning accompanied by singing birds and our cocktails in the evening with crickets chirping around us. It is worth having a car, and in nearby Dobrich 5-10 mins away there is a huge selection of supermarkets, cafes, a beautiful park with lakes and attractions for children, a market full of local fresh fruit and vegetables, an excellent barber shop and much much more. I have been to nearly all resorts on the Bulgarian coast and Albena is by far my favourite one, with the finest sand and cleanest kept beach. For anyone ready to wake up at 4 am the breathtaking Sunrise on the Kaliakra Cape is a must see. The stunning view is to die for! Along the coast there are plenty of small secluded beaches if you like it quiet and private. Thank you Mike (the owner) for having us and Thank you Mike ( the local host) for helping around! Villa was brilliant. Kids love pool. Nice BBQ area. Enjoyed every day stopped here . Location ok. 35 km to the beach. Restaurants and shops only 3 km. roads are terrible in Bulgaria.

Stay in Villa Francesca – August 9th to 16th 2 children and 2 adults family After having written to Mike De Suza (the owner) for several months, realising he was always ready to answer, I decided to book this house for a week, an opportunity to have a nice rest during our whole trip. As we arrived there, discovering the beautiful house, we were happy that everything mentioned on the website was indeed in this place. During the entire week, the house was even more than we expected : big, sunny, very comfortable with a very large swimming pool, peaceful ... not to mention Toni's (Mike's local correspondent) anytime helpfulness. Furthermore, the villa is closed to the sea (by car) ; and everything needed, especially food, is located only a few kilometers next. When we left the villa, we all thought it was one of the most lovely place we had ever seen. Ged

Wish I had one just like it!!!

Exactly as described on the website, real and truthful photographs of the villa. Owner extremely helpful before we left helping us organise car hire and letting us know more information as he remembered it. Even text while we were away to check we were happy with everything and made contact with us as soon as we were back to see if we were happy with the villa, returned deposit straight away, fantastic customer relations. Excellent quiet location, 5-10 mins from big supermarket, excellent condition inside and outside of the villa, plenty of equipment in villa to use, plenty of space to have a few minutes you time, large swimming pool, felt extremely safe during the day and at night. Lovely helpful neighbours. I would definitely have no hesitation in reccommending this villa to anyone, great for large parties or small families or even a couple. Would definitely reccommend you hire a car though, the owner can help with this too, he sorted it all out for us. I would reccommend a restaurant called Gibraltor in Golden Sands...fantastic food, good value for money and great service, a little drive out from the villa but a very pleasant drive, beautiful scenery, when we were there the fields were full of sunflowers, stunning.
