The Porter House is a beautifully maintained two-bedroom (with an additional 3rd sleeping area), 2.5-bathroom two-story property with a fully fenced-in yard.

Located within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs and less than a mile from beautiful Front Beach, this home is perfectly situated for your vacation stay.

Newly remodeled with all the amenities you need, The Porter House is ideal for a romantic weekend getaway or week-long family vacations.

Our beautifully decorated space features gleaming hardwood floors throughout and is loaded with all the comforts of home. The spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals to have in the large attached dining area.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of a large flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Local artwork decorates the space throughout the home. There is also a half bath.

The Primary Bedroom with a King bed has a unique feature of an additional Queen bed that can be closed off from the Primary Bedroom, but still provides the opportunity for having loved ones nearby only separated by sliding barn doors (perfect for your young ones). That space also includes a dedicated workspace for those needing to work during their stay.

Attached to the Primary Bedroom is a luxurious fully tiled bathroom with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a soaking tub for ultimate relaxing.

Upstairs is the second bedroom with a Queen bed and a full guest bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows.

In the back of the home, you’ll find an outdoor seating area perfect for relaxing in Gulf breezes, and a fully enclosed fence for those bringing their furry friends to run free.

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, flat-screen TVs, washer & dryer, and much more.

*** Well-behaved dogs are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation, or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking.***

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

One of the best Vrbo homes we have visited. Very well stocked, extremely comfortable house. It felt like home when we walked in the door. Location is wonderful. We walked to the beach and downtown area easily each day. We also rented a golf cart and explored the area even more. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend. Oceans Springs is such a cute little town and we enjoyed this home as we explored the area for the weekend. We walked to the shore and to all the great restaurants and stores downtown. It was super to avoid parking issues by staying in a downtown neighborhood with birds tweeting and turtles eating clover in the yard!The house had everything we needed for a getaway, comfy beds, Keurig coffee, and an amazing shower in the master bathroom. (Yummy Donut shop a block away!)Thanks, we'll be back!

Location was fantastic! Kitchen well stocked, appliances all seemed new. The house was clean, spacious & was perfect for us. My mom stayed in the room upstairs & my sister & I stayed in the downstairs master that has 2 queen/king beds. Wish we had more time to enjoy the porch. We were in Ocean Springs for Cruisin the Coast. The Porter House was the ideal place to stay. The place was very clean, plenty of room for my wife and me and the location was great (within a 5-minute walk to downtown). The covered carport was great for my classic car. We enjoyed our visit and the Porter House had everything that we needed. Communication with the owner was very easy and we felt very welcomed to the property. We will stay here again if we go back to the Ocean Springs area.
