As a realtor and designer based in Sanibel, my family and I enjoy this condo for its nearby shops and restaurants as well as for all the benefits of living in SW Florida. We love the ease of living, the walks to Venetian Village, the friendly atmosphere and nearby friends and family. The condo has all of the amenities and comforts to settle in after a day on the beach or a day at Waterside. Sit by the dock and watch the boats, enjoy cards by the pool, or walk across to the beach for sunset! This is one of my favorite places!

Our family has been coming to the Moorings section of Naples since the 1960s. We love this part of town for proximity to the beach, elegant streets for walking and nearby shops, tennis, golf and everything the Gulf Coast has to offer!

The Bordeaux Club is a premier community with a lovely grounds and a wonderful group of residents and longer term renters. It’s a low-key bayside condo with lots of amenities! Be as social or as quiet as you like and enjoy your everyday life at The Bordeaux Club!
