The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was great—close to everything we needed. The owners were very communicative and made the entire stay easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Views

We had been to Naples many times years ago visiting my grandparents. This was just as lovely as the last time we were there 6 years ago. The views at this condo were wonderful and we watched every sunset while on vacation relaxing on the deck and eating grilled fish we had gotten from Swam River. The pool is lovely and everyone we met while there was very friendly. Everything you can need from shopping to dining to local fresh market or local fish market are within 5 min drive from the condo. We would definitely stay there again!

Naples vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The unit had an amazing view of the beach and ocean with a large patio space. It was a quick walk to the beach and pool. The unit itself was incredibly clean and had all of the amenities we needed for the week. The property owner Maria was prompt in answering our questions and so easy to communicate with. We would rent this unit again and rate it 5 stars!!

Beautiful location with amazing views.

Wonderful neighborhood, amazing views and short walking path to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Location great for visiting Bonita/Naples area. Only couple of minor maintenance issues, that did not distract from our very enjoyable stay.

Naples vacation

The location of this property is perfect! Walk to the beach or pool and close by to so many things. My family and I loved it. I had a question for the owner and they were very responsive and provided excellent suggestions for things to do or restaurants to try. I will definitely rent this property again.

Clean beautiful condo with perfect location!

This condo is lovely, right on the beach with gorgeous sunset views. Perfect for our family of five. Condo is well stocked with all the basics, detergent, dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner if you forget to buy. Also has a great gym in the next building. We loved our stay here!

Five Star Experience

Our family had an amazing, beautiful week of vacation here! The condo is lovely and provided us with essentially everything we needed at the home and at the beach. The view is stunning, the property pristine, and the amenities are incredible! The property owner was fantastic with communication. We enjoyed numerous excursions, shopping, and meals in Naples. Will definitely want to return to this lovely home!

Spectacular experience, super beautiful condominium

This apartment came with everything , it is in a great location with the beach located just 3 minutes away. we found all the essentials to cook and make coffee as we settled in. We loved it. Super comfortable beds , the place was very clean and cheek with an amazing view to the sunrises sunset.

Beautiful home away from home

I stayed at this wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for a week over my birthday with my mom and best friend. It was the perfect week (and place to stay) to ring in another year. The condo is very clean and more spacious than I thought (pictures never do justice to an actual living space) and it felt like a home away from home. There is a living room and a den area on each side of the kitchen with the bedroom and bath across the hall. The master bedroom/bath is right off the living room and has balcony access. Note: the kitchen has everything you need if you are eating in, but we ate out most days/nights. With this location, there are so many wonderful restaurants close by. Beds are comfortable, not too hard and not to plush, bunk beds are full size beds and very comfortable; you usually don't see that with bunk beds, so there was plenty of sleep space if we had a few more people. Let's talk about the view ~ the view is a million dollar view of the gulf and landscape. We spent most of our time either at the beach or on the balcony, it was perfectly serene. The location is settled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood; it is the second time I've stayed in this area and will always come back. The Finlays are such nice people and are very accommodating; do not hesitate to reach out to them if you need anything or have any questions. I highly recommend this area to stay and this condo, specifically, if you are traveling with 8 or less people.

Didn't want to leave

This place is amazing. The patio was so spacious & roomy. We spent most of our time at home out there. We swam every day in the gulf & pool. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Location was spectacular. Walked the beach daily. Maria & Matt are very gracious hosts being attentive & responsive. We didn't want to leave.

Easter Week

This property is in an ideal location. Less then a 20 minute beautiful walk to shops and restaurants and a short stroll to the beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. My family hated to leave and hopes to return!

Outstanding!

We loved our stay in Maria and Matt's Park Shore condo. It is in a wonderful location with unobstructed views of the ocean from the main room, the bedroom and the balcony. Matt and Maria are amazing responsive hosts who went out of their way to answer questions immediately. We will be back. In a word? Outstanding!

Office with a View

One of the benefits of working remote is that you can be intentional about changing your view. My husband and I enjoyed our "office" on the balcony and our jaunts around town in the evenings for dinner.
