This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most prestigious parts of central Sofia, a walking distance to Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Sofia University and all tourist and cultural attractions. Although on a peaceful and quiet street, you will find just steps away a variety of stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and basically everything you might possibly need. Zaimov Park is like 3 minutes by walk and so is the nearest metro station and all other public transits.
The space
The space consists of a bright and stylishly designed living room with very comfortable sofa (that stretches and turns into bed if needed), big flat screen TV with international channels, designated dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The bedroom is furnished with king size bed, big wardrobe with mirror, cupboards and dressing table that can be also used as a work place.
Both rooms lead to a nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or your breakfast.
The bathroom is also brand new and very modern featuring a rain shower system.
The building itself is also new and it offers you an elevator.
