Spacious, clean lake home resting on 180 ft of prime Jimmerson lake front. One of the best beaches on Jimmerson! Over 4,000 sq ft home features 3 floors. Large, cozy upstairs has 2 well-decorated queen bedrooms, 1 king bedroom and a full bath, plus sitting area. Main floor has handicap accessible, very large bathroom, king bedroom w Roku tv, queen lakefront bedroom with deck off of it (Accessed through King bedroom) . Walkout basement separates into 2 parts. The 'man cave' has a Smart TV for video games and movies, 2 queen beds, and 3 single mattresses. Very sound proof for the teenagers who wish to keep later hours than the adults. Other half of the basement contains partial kitchen with 2nd fridge, large Roku tv, roomy half bath, and walks out onto the cement patio to the lake.
Whether you are looking to watch the children hunt for sea shells, enjoy the lake side fire pit on chilly evenings, fish off the edge of the property, or spend time playing cornhole and yard games, this home has it all.
Lake house is located just 3/4 mile down the road from festive restaurants, such as The 6 on James, Acupulco Grille, Brewskies Bar and grill, Club Paradise and Waterfront Bistro. +Tom's donuts. Just a short boat ride around the bend and you will find yourself on Lake James, where you can dock your boat at Potowatomi Inn and play beach volleyball or enjoy the vast public swimming beach.
You will be sure to enjoy the privacy this property offers!

Highly recommend. We rented in winter to do outdoor activities and it worked out perfectly. Loved the house. It was very homey and was fully equipped with everything we were told it had. All clean and up to date.

Just as described and lovely. This includes off-season travel as we still enjoyed the views and location in November. We were a group of old alumni friends traveling but as a mom I can see how this would also be a hit with families. Clean and has a host that is easy to communicate with is a double win for our group.

This house is absolutely gorgeous with amazing lake views. Everything very clean. Even the outdoor space was a comfortable place for a large group to gather in and relax. The owner made communication as well as the check in and out process very easy. I would most definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Although everything was perfect, we probably enjoyed the lake, patio, fire ring, and outdoor seating the most. Would love to stay again sometime soon but would probably prefer July or August versus September.

This property exceptional in its spaciousness and decoration. The lake view is beautiful and my family voted to stay here again next year! They loved the convenience and space to spread out! So many great restaurants in the area too!

Family vacation

We had a great experience at the lake house. The home was very well laid out for our 2 families and the amenities provided enhanced our stay with so many children. We thoroughly recommend this home and had an amazing stay. We’ll be coming back.

What an impressive property! Clean, owner was responsive, not one minute of disappointment. Two kitchens with our big group was a plus, bonus room with more than adequate space for meals and board games.

Wonderful property in bay facing western sunsets. Plenty of room for the entire family, and best outside furniture, covered shaded deck area and front deck of any property I’ve ever rented. Good bass fishing off the shore and nearby drop offs.

Excellent Place for a Getaway or Vacation

We were very pleased with the accommodations, very clean and plenty of room. Many times you are told a place sleeps a certain number but what was great about this place is only in the basement would you have to share a room to get the beds you need. The outside patio areas were awesome and seated a lot of people comfortably. Beautifully concreted with an overhang and a fire pit on the patio off the covered area. The owner was great to work with and I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this location.

Paradise by the Lake

This property was more than expected! There was a ton of room throughout the house and more than enough cooking and cleaning supplies for our stay. Many amenities for people of all ages. I would wake up in the morning and have coffee while looking onto the lake. The sunsets were my favorite part. It was a little bit colder when we stayed, but I hope to be back again when it's warmer as the area was great! Really made me want to come back to Jimmerson Lake again.

We were looking for a home large enough to rent out to allow families to build lasting memories, as well as a home roomy enough to have our children stay with us.
