As per the furniture and AC those are clearly mentioned in the listing and the unit looks exactly like the pictures. Our lawn maintenance schedule is every 10–14 days, which is standard across all of our properties. August can be a very dry month on the Island, so the grass does not always appear freshly cut, though it is maintained regularly. Our listing does not advertise flowers or landscaping, so while some guests may expect that, we focus on providing what we specifically describe. As for the umbrella, dishwasher, and washing machine, all are in working order. If there were any difficulties operating them, we would have been more than happy to assist if contacted. The same applies to the Wi-Fi: the correct access code is included both in the listing and in the check-in message. We encourage all guests to reach out during their stay if something seems unclear or isn’t functioning as expected, so we can resolve it right away. We provide initial supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic essentials. For longer stays, guests typically purchase refills as needed. We are sorry if the property did not meet your personal expectations. Our goal is to provide clean, functional, pet-friendly accommodations at a fair price, and many guests enjoy their time with us. During your recent stay with us, we received your complaint about the AC (windows units) and explained to you that the same was removed due to the upcoming hurricane. The safety or our guest and neighbors come before everything. Parking in front of the house can be used most of the year, the only problem will be during the winter in case of snow. As per the house, it is exactly like in the pictures, as many other reviews state. Next time if you have particular needs or concerns we encourage you to voice them before finalizing your reservation. We want all our guest to have a great experience when visiting our city! Nevertheless, we hope we will have the chance to accommodate your family again with an improved experience in the future.

We were disappointed to read these comments, particularly because the concerns outlined here were not reported to us during the stay, despite our team being available to assist and resolve issues promptly. Several of the items referenced in this review require important context. The dishwasher was fully operational throughout the stay, and we proactively disclosed the minor door-latch issue before arrival. The upstairs thermostat controls the heating system only and does not affect air conditioning. The upstairs hall light was addressed immediately once brought to our attention. Following checkout, a request was made for compensation equivalent to one night's stay. After carefully reviewing the concerns raised, we did not believe such compensation was warranted based on the nature of the issues described and the fact that most were not reported while there was still an opportunity for us to address them. We stand behind the property and the service provided. Like any home in PEI during the summer months, occasional insects can appear despite regular pest-control efforts. We encourage future guests to review our extensive history of positive feedback and to contact us during their stay should anything require attention.
