This unit was great. Just as pictured a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a character home. Good location with convenient off street parking. Easy to walk to restaurants and downtown. We were on the ground floor so easy to bring luggage in. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Our stay at the Ole King Square suite was fantastic. It was exactly as described and provided the perfect place to explore Charlottetown. We were able to walk everywhere and always came home to a comfortable and quiet suite. We spent 5 nights and were very happy with the comfortable bed and good sleeps! The kitchen had everything we needed to have our breakfasts and make our dinners as well. Highly recommended!

Great location with walking distance to all the downtown areas. The accommodations were clean, safe and cozy! Lots of room and the best, fluffiest towels!! The host was very responsive to any of my questions both before and during my stay. I’d highly recommend and plan booking again in the future!!

Apartment was very clean with everything one might need for a couple of nights stay. Greatly located in Charlottetown, everything is at a walking distance. Loved our stay.

The property is as advertised very clean located close to the city centre although a little more tired than the photos show.The location however is faced with the problems a lot of inner cities face. Which is not detailed in the description on VRBO.We had originally booked 3 nights but left on the first morning after we were involved in several incidents within 75m of the property.

We ask any future guests to read all of our 5 star reviews on this property This guest review is completely unfair This guest completely overreacted. to a situation that was none of our doing. Our number one priority is the comfort and safety of our guests, and we’ve never had an issue in our building We have three VRBO units in the building and all were occupied during this guests stay. The other two guests in the other two units both gave us five star reviews for their stay It is very disappointing to us. that he noted that the property was very clean and as advertised, and because of one event on the street beside our property, he gave us a two star review completely unfair

Charming building with self access to come and go as you please. In the heart of PEI but centrally located to visit both east and west points of the island. Will definitely stay here again! Hope to be back

Great location, short walk to downtown eateries and easy walk or drive to waterfront shopping. Convenient onsite parking and all expected amenities. All in all, a pleasant stay!

The property is very well located…close to Charlottesville attractions and food/drink/entertainment options and just far enough to avoid any excessive noise. The square and surrounding streets are quiet w low traffic. The apartment was large, very clean and exactly what we were looking for. Communication with our hosts was fast, efficient and very helpful.

Large apartment with everything you need

It was nice having a dedicated parking spot. Once you park, you can walk everywhere. The apartment has everything you need. Charlottetown is an attractive town with lots of restaurants.

An issue with our original property moved us to this property. The property was beautiful. You could not beat the location which had wonderful views of the water. Juan did a fantastic job of rectifying our original issue.would stay again at this property. Thank you Juan.

Fantastic apartment in a historical building

We had a very comfortable stay in this modernized, spacious apartment. The high ceilings and character were spectacular, plus the location was a short walk from restaurants and cafes. The owners literally have everything we could need for an extended stay from a well-appointed kitchen, to laundry... even a small blender and yoga mat! The building and location is very quiet being across from a small park. The bed was very comfortable, easy key-less entry and it was spotless. The desk and work area was exactly what I needed during the day and the living area was comfortable. I look forward to returning!

Home away from home

The unit was huge! A full living room, separate kitchen and bedroom with lovely hardwood floors and lots of windows. The bathroom was clean and had shelves to put things. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfectly located to walk to everything we needed. It was quiet despite being on the ground floor, and we were thrilled to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We had no need to contact the host during our stay, so cant provide any assessment on that front. A definite gem - would stay here again.
