The apartment is served by air conditioning and heating with a large electric radiator in the Lounge area should it be required in the cooler months. Oil filled radiators are available in all rooms should they be required.
All rooms provide access to the terrace which provide a bright and airy feel to the apartment when opened up, but if the weather is too hot there are roller shutters and louvered doors to keep it in shade if required.
