The apartment had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. Close to everything and in a safe location. We also forgot something at checkout and they immediately notified us and held it until we could return and claim our lost item.

We started off with a rocky checkin but I must say the response was quickly. In less than 10 mins we were good to go. And they kept checking to insure everything was OK.Thanks alot!!

Ok for the price point. Lot of outside noise from pool parties and thin walls between units. Inside of unit was nicely updated and clean enjoyed the landscaping

The only issue that stood out was the WiFi connection at night, there was none. I reached out to the host regarding. Was informed my a worker that came to check it the day before we left and was told they had a new provider and didn’t understand why I would shut off / not work at night.

The room was sufficient for what we needed. The swimming pool was not clean and able to be utilized the first couple of days. I don't believe that was anything the host had control over. Once we relay the message to the host. A couple days later the pool was ready for use.

The unit was nice and clean. However, we had tv issues that were never resolved. And the morning we were checking out. The plumbing backed up water everywhere. Maintenance came. They didn’t speak any English! We couldn’t shower. Both bathrooms were full of water. The main bathroom, the guys had to remove the entire toilet. While we were stuck in our rooms because water went into the kitchen and living area. I was disappointed because the owners didn’t offer one free night or any type of compensation. No true, empathy. I had my Down syndrome brother with me who had to pee and couldn’t. It’ was frustrating to say the least!

The neighbors upstairs were really loud the whole time, sounded like they were trying to beat through the ceiling. There was no hot water in the kitchen and the front toilet was continually running. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Only issue was digital key pad, never did get fixed but, was able to use hard key.

Location was good room very clean. Check-in was rocky. The cleaning ppl were leaving when we arrived. The code did not unlock our door so cleaning lady helped us get in as lock had to get reset . That was extra extra helpful to get us in so she needs credit for helping us . 2 nd bedroom and hall bath too small which I felt that was not advertised very well . Patio area complely unnecessary couldn’t open door as we had to set empty luggage there because of lack of space. Owners should consider adding that patio area to sq ft of that room making bigger if possible. Could rent for more if so

Quick weekend stay

Booked this very last minute for the panthers parade and it didn’t disappoint! Property was very nice and well maintained, unit just as photos showed, extremely clean upon arrival and easy to access, lots of room (there were 8 of us) and we never felt crowded. Very quiet and private, awesome back patio area! The list goes on The property owner was quick to respond and very helpful with questions. Property itself is in a great area, we walked to beach and got a quick cheap uber to Las Olas in the evening , was able to take a golf cart shuttle back which is always a fun experience. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

Florida trip

Very nice and clean. Had to climb two flights of stairs but was abled to do so. Would rather be much closer to Beach. The showers were okay, for the exception that there was not anything to place your body wash, shaving cream etc., Had to bend down to pickup. Unless I missed something.

Everything was ok until the AC stopped working and I had to inconveniently take my 80yr old mother and 10 month old granddaughter to the near by mall for AC until it got fixed. Which wasn’t til 10 pm so we basically had no AC the ENTIRE day! There was water all over the room and they refused to refund anything. Terrible experience.

Everything about this property was misleading. One day we had power washers spraying the concrete at 8:30 AM. One day we had people knocking on our doors and wanted to spray the apartment for bugs. One day we had people knocking on our door because they needed to paint the front door. It says it sleeps eight, well we only had six and there was one set of towels for six people. The walls are paper thin you can hear two apartments over. After we vacated, I was informed that I was charged 20 for staying on a towel, the one towel we were supplied with I guess because we had to order more since there were six of us. It also states that this property is three minutes from the water, that is correct, but it’s not water as in the beach, it’s and that we’re all the boats are parked. This property is not even remotely close to the ocean, it’s a 10 minute drive. The picture of the pool is not even close to being accurate as well as it was a dark green and there’s no way in the world I would’ve even put my foot in it much less go for a swim. We are very disappointed in this property and we will not be back.
