The Villa is newly remodeled duplex, modern high end appliances, luxurious furnishing and the patio glass doors allows maximum natural light inside the villa.
Twin villas that features a total of 2 generous size bedrooms, 2 queen and 1 full bd, 2 full baths, new kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and a large shared back yard, pool and dock.
Right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale with a yard that has it all. Private outdoor seating, BBQ, sun chairs, umbrella, sofa and dinning table for al fresco dinning, in our fantastic villas.
Safe, serene and beautiful neighborhood. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, Samsung smart TV programming and use your own steaming services to log in, washer & dryer for convenience.
The beach and famous Las Olas Blvd and Wilton Dr is minutes away for the perfect tropical vacation.
Only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes to Miami Beach.
We strive to go above and beyond for our guests, and try to accommodate as best as possible.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Excellent location and property. As we stayed for 2 weeks, we missed extra bedding and some equipment needed maintenance (parasol, ice maker, small electric oven), but all the important items were OK. We had a pleasant stay.

Our stay at this tropical waterfront duplex was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better in person than the photos. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared 8thfrom the clean kitchen and bathrooms to the peaceful shared pool and gorgeous canal views.The host was incredible, responding almost instantly anytime we had a question, which made everything effortless. You can really tell they care about creating a great guest experience. The location was perfect for exploring Fort Lauderdale, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy the scenery.10/10 — we would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever booked!

Great Stay

Oh man do I miss the Iguana !!!!, it was such a treat for our family. It is a great location, just an hour drive to Miami and the property was very clean and cared for. Plus the Ft Lauderdale beach is just a couple of minutes away. Great place for families.

Excellent stay....great location

The place was exactly as described and photographed...great spot for two couples to stay. Close to downtown and was close to Dolphins stadium which was why I was in town. The host was great and the check in was easy. I did not swim but people in my party did and I was told it was great.

Location is great, is generally a good property except for minimal thing like the sun umbrella in the patio doesn’t work and staying in the sofa I had some wear tear, beds are great and comfortable, easy process to check in, kitchen need a big pot to make soups, we could. Turn the tv in the rooms. The pool is great but keep in mind that is shared we had a great time o er all and will booked again.

We had a wonderful time here. The living room is spacious, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool was simply fantastic. The neighborhood is very, very quiet, but just a short car ride to all the fun things that brought us to Fort Lauderdale. We would certainly stay again if given the opportunity.

The stay here was amazing. Wilton Manors is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit and this location was ideal with local stores and eateries only minutes away. The canal was aesthetically pleasing as we sat on the back patio while the kids enjoyed the pool. Of course with any home you can expect minor hiccups (like a broken head shower or loose toilet seats) but this host was amazing. When I brought this to their attention it was fixed the very next business day. The quick action assured me this would not have been an issue if it was brought to their attention previously. Their attentiveness and hospitality was unmatched and we could not have asked for a better host. I even messaged them late one night for a vacuum (really, what tenant does that lol) and it was at the front door moments later. The place was clean as advertised and we highly recommend this home. We will definitely rebook on our next visit. Thanks again for an awesome stay and great customer service.

Property is serviceable and neat enough for our group to return again. We did not get a chance to try the pool due to the rather cool weather and spent most of our time eating out at nearby restaurants.
