💫 The Pine Cone gives you the whole house — five private bedrooms, 2,500 square feet, and 1.2 private acres of pines — instead of a row of hotel rooms. For a group of twelve, that means a kitchen everyone can cook in, a dining table everyone fits at, and a backyard nobody has to share. What guests come back for: • The backyard. A private six-person hot tub with adjustable lighting, a propane fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, horseshoes, cornhole, darts, an outdoor grill, and an enclosed screen room for bug-free evenings. The deck seats more than twenty across dining chairs, Adirondacks, benches and stools. • The game room. A Golden Tee arcade machine, a foosball table, a retro console with 30+ Nintendo games, and karaoke with a portable speaker. It gets used every stay, by adults as often as kids. • Room to actually spread out. Five bedrooms sleeping twelve in real beds — a king with an ensuite bath, a bunk room that sleeps four, and three queens. For parties over twelve, two queen mattresses with headboards are set up before arrival, bringing the house to sixteen. Both upstairs baths have double vanities. • A kitchen that works for a crowd. Double oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, wine fridge, filtered ice and water, and place settings for twelve adults and four children. • A location that works. Minutes from Augusta National, Fort Eisenhower, Evans Towne Center, and downtown Augusta, on a quiet acre well off the main road. Who it suits: families and friends traveling together, groups in town for the Masters or a tournament weekend, and professionals on assignment near Fort Eisenhower who need a real kitchen, a dedicated desk, and quiet.

For short stays, it's a group house: twelve beds, a game room, a hot tub, and a backyard built for evenings outside. For longer ones, it's a functioning home. The downstairs bedroom has a full wall of built-in desk and shelving — a real workspace, not a chair in the corner. High-speed Wi-Fi reaches the whole house, there are quiet zones on both floors, and full laundry is on site with supplies provided. Guests on corporate assignments near Fort Eisenhower and on extended placements stay here for weeks at a time.
