The space
The Augusta Abode is designed to allow you to unwind and connect with friends, family, coworkers, etc. Whether you are looking to visit the Augusta National Golf Club, relax in a spa like environment, expend some energy with a good basketball game or practice golf swings, get lost in a timeless movie, enjoy some arcade or lawn games, experience quality fireside chats, enjoy morning coffee, enjoy a family reunion, have a business off-site, and so much more this space is set to allow everyone to connect, unwind, and relax.

The Augusta Abode greets you with a formal dining room which connects to a cozy living area that includes comfortable seating arrangements with flexibility to convert to additional sleeping options. The open concept living room flows into the fully stocked kitchen and adjoining dining areas with additional seating. We have everything your group needs from coffee maker, pots, blender, utensils, linens, etc. From the kitchen you can walk to the screened in porch which features a large table that is able to accommodate 10 people along with a 65-inch TV for streaming, news or sports. This floor also has a separate office space for anyone that needs to catch-up on any tasks while they are away. The garage includes a bench and golf bag storage section for ease of loading and unloading your items.

As you make your way upstairs, you will find four bedrooms. The spacious Master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed, electric fireplace, TV, mini fridge/wine chiller, an ottoman which converts to a twin sleeper, and a lovely desk space for make-up application or work tasks. The exquisite master bathroom includes a beautiful shower with a whirlpool tub and plenty of space.

The second and third bedrooms each also come equipped with king sized beds, electric fireplaces and TVs for your comfort and convenience (third bedroom also has an ottoman that convers to a twin sleeper). The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with two full-sized bunk beds that each have a twin trundle which in total can accommodate 6-10 guests. There is also a recliner that converts to a twin sleeper in this room for additional flexibility.

Upstairs also includes a laundry room with a front-loading washer and dryer set as well as detergent, dryer sheets, steamer, an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

As you make your way to the lowest level of the home, you are immediately greeted with a fun and exciting Game Room including timeless classics such as Golden Tee arcade game, a dart board and a billiards table for a little competitive fun (the game room also has a convertible twin sleeper). Next to the Game Room is a relaxing Movie Room with adjustable seating and an 85-inch TV to watch your favorite movies, shows or sports.

This level also has the fifth bedroom which includes a comfortable queen bed, relaxing electric fireplace and TV.

In total, The Augusta Abode has 5 bedrooms and numerous convertible couches and ottomans allowing to sleep a large group.

As you move outdoors you will find yourself able to slip into our 6-person hot tub and afterwards relax in the ample seating area including lounge chairs and an outdoor sectional. As you complete your spa experience, make sure to use your warmed towel courtesy of the included towel warmer to maximize your experience. To continue with your time of relaxation, join your family/friends/coworkers in unwinding discussions while enjoying the close by fire pit area. If you’re up for some activity, wander over to the small practice golf room to get a few swings in (*golf clubs and golf balls not included*). Also, work up a sweat by getting some practice shots in on the basketball court night or day with the glow in the dark basketball, or playing a fun and competitive game of golf pong or corn hole with friends/family/coworkers.

The outdoor area also comes equipped with a 6-burner gas grill for all your grilling and hosting needs. Given the multiple layers of the property, guests are able to enjoy a time of connection, relaxation and fun on multiple levels—there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

- All rooms are accessible except two locked owner's closets
- The practice golf room is about 7Wx12Lx9H and likely won’t be able to accommodate all club sizes and swing space needs
- Inside fireplace is off limits; you are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit instead
- This is an extremely quiet neighborhood and the noise policy will be strictly enforced
- No street parking allowed at any time
- All trucks in excess of 3/4 ton, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, motor homes, boats, house trailers, boat trailers, and other trailers must be parked or stored in a fully enclosed garage or an area not visible from the street or any neighboring property
- You will be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to checking in to the property
