- Children are not permitted on the pool deck or in the pool without adult supervision
- The owner's boat may be parked at the dock during your stay and is not available for rent
- If the owner's boat is not present, guests are welcome to park a rented boat at the dock during their stay
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway. Camera 2 is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. Camera 3 is located on the deck and faces the deck living area.
