Perfect house for our family.

The house was spacious with a kitchen and plenty of storage for luggage. Close to the train and minutes to Osaka station. Many nice local businesses in the area.

Change of plans

We planned to stay one night as we traveled through Osaka. Communication with the owner was very good. And everything seemed to be in order until we arrived, and the home wasn’t ready. We ended up having to find other lodgings. The owner was very responsive and tried to help the situation as best they could. The home otherwise seemed nice, and would be a good place to stay.

Near to train and 1 stop away from Shinkansen

Had a great time here. Property is big to hold a family of 7 with washing amenities and kitchen for communal dining. Supermarket is also nearby for us to stock up our food. For all day trips, the Shinkansen station of Shin-Osaka provides convenience and it's only 1 stop away a.k.a 2mins ride. Train comes often so there was not much waiting. Conviniences such as Family Mart and 7-Eleven are also nearby. Our communication with host are always prompt since the start of booking and that helped with the overall stay.

Stay in Osaka

Except for the water leaks in the dining room and kitchen (from the shower on the second floor), the place was awesome. The place is big with 2 toilets and 2 showers (with one bathtub). There is a washer which was very useful. The clothes dried overnight and during the day even when it was raining as there was a roof to cover them when you hang them. We were able to cook meat from the nearby supermarket which was the best meal we had (Kobe and wagyu?) The place was 5 minutes away from the train station. Lots of convenient stores, supermarket, restaurants, bakery nearby. It was a quiet and safe place. Most of all Jun was very helpful, responsive, and would answer all of our questions. His directions to his place was very helpful and easy to understand. PS: Just be careful of the stairs as they are steep. Also, if you’re coming in summer, the place will be very hot if it will be your first time to turn on the AC. Overall, the place is great.

We wanted a nice peaceful stay that was close to a train station that could accomodate my family of 5. There is so much space without losing is traditional Japanese esthetic. Jun answered promptly and helped when we had questions.

とても快適に過ごさせていただきました 駅も近く電車で行くにも、パーキングも近所に有ったので車でもどちらでも行けるとても便利な場所でした。 ただガスコンロが一口コンロだったので、、 調理するのに不便さを感じたのが、、残念でした😢 でも楽しい民泊となりました 有難うございました♪
